This is a newly renovated home in a residential community. It is boasting minimal design and art touches while keeping comfort at a high priority. Enjoy the comfort of the beds, the garden in the back or a comfortable chair or coach while watching HBO or Netflix on a 75 smart TV.

The home is less than a mile from campus, the kitchen is lovely, there is a garage if needed, and the home is all yours if you book.

We stayed here for numerous days in September. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, has a great backyard, the kitchen has everything you need, and a great location. The owner Molly is very easy to work with. We look forward to staying again.

Nice Location & Layout

The location is really great for getting anywhere in Brookings quickly. We enjoyed staying in such a nice quiet neighborhood. The home has a nice layout with all the bedrooms towards the back.

A Brief Visit

Cozy place to stay while my son and I visited with my daughter who is a student at SDSU. Very comfortable stay, much better than a hotel.

Weekend visit

The house was very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and check-out was simple. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

This was a last minute booking when traveling. It was seemless and smooth to get checked in. Nice central location and able to visit with family in the area in a comfortable setting...ie not a hotel!

Quirky but great

This home was really great for our family of five. It was a great location - close to everything and had all we needed to relax and enjoy Brookings. The layout is interesting but there is plenty of space and the backyard is a big bonus. Check-in was a breeze as well.

We stay here every year when in town for a gymnastics meet. Its nice house. Always clean and comfortable.

Great overall, a bit of dog fur

Backyard was so cute! Great house, with some toys for kids. Overall we greatly enjoyed it but there was a bit of dog fur everywhere.

This was a perfect home for our stay. We came from Colorado to visit our daughter who is going to SDSU. It was so close to campus, grocery store and places to eat. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Molly was so accommodating and communicated very well.

Cozy, near campus

Cozy and Love the decorations! Great location

We had an amazing stay here. What a beautiful home and absolutely love the style. We came for college orientation and it was very simple to get around. We will absolutely be booking again! Molly communicated with us very well and even sent her other locations to book in the future too. I am now going to buy a flower Lego set. Adorable

Amazing House & owner!

House was super cute, beds we really comfortable, relaxing patio, living room and great kitchen! Owner was very responsive and accommodating! House is in a great location too. Nice neighborhood and safe too! Will rent here again!

Christmas vacation

The house is easy to locate. Neighborhood is quiet. Check in and checkout went smoothly. Garage was a nice added touch. The back fence that was added was fantastic for our pet but it would be nice if the sides were also enclosed. Overall a great experience!
