If you're looking for a great time with the whole family in Ocean City, this darling, two-story townhouse, located across the street from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park, is ready to be your home-away-from-home! Inside this sunny vacation rental, you'll find a sparkling, well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for four all ready for home-cooked meals or family game nights. The adjacent living area includes comfortable seating options and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies (don't forget the popcorn)! All three bedrooms are located on the second-floor and include two rooms with queen-size beds and a colorful, kid-friendly bunk room.

* Due to the location of this home (across the street from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park) there may be more noise than normal.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good location

A lot of minor issues with the property that should have been fixed before check in. The fees were almost 1/3rd of the price.

Not Happy

the I was suppose to rent was nicer and cheaper then your place. The air-conditioner worked better, the show head had more pressure, beds, pillows much better. and the price was 400 dollars cheaper. I'm glade the weather was cool if not your place would of been hot inside.

Save your money

The flamingo house has lots of flamingo decor. Other than that it leaves a lot to be desired. The location is good and bad. Walking distance to beach is great however the abandoned lot next door meant a lot of foot traffic from sketchy characters. The 7-11 across the street was convenient until at night when it turned into a hub for legacy market transactions. The home was not quiet and at night very loud not from jolly rancher but from everything else. We left before our stay ended because we didn’t feel comfortable or particularly safe at times. I would not stay here again.

Very Disappointed!!!

Very disappointed with the property and owner. The outside of the home is not well taken care of. There is no outdoor lighting which is very important because people walk through the front of the property using it as a pathway to the next street. Had to purchase ant spray for the kitchen and deodorizer because the entire home smelled. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for the items. The kitchen is not fully stocked and the stove didn’t work which they did fix after two days. The bathroom was dirty with towel fixtures laying around and other items with screws hanging out of the wall. The bedrooms don’t have ac units and it super hot in the house. Two of the bedrooms have bed frames that squeak really bad when sleeping or even sitting on the beds which wake you up when sleeping. Stayed on the phone with the property management company the whole trip. Stay far away from this property the pictures are deceiving and the owner not helpful.

Unfortunately not pleased at all

Our home was a complete mess when we arrived. Rat/mouse feces all over the dishes in the cabinet, broken toilet seats and tub drains, damaged tables , every wall was filthy with black handprints and dirt marks, multiple blown lightbulbs over both sets of stairs, giant stains all over the bedroom rug, kitchen cabinets not even wiped down from the last renters. I reported condition IMMEDIATELY firstly so that I wasn’t held responsible for damages and 2nd because no one spends the amount of money spent ( over $2500 for 5 nights) and expects such low quality. It took days to hear from my local property manager, who apologized sent someone with light bulbs and that was it. I haven’t heard a single word from anyone since. I was told a refund of my fees charged would be refunded, that also hasn’t happened nor been confirmed by anyone. It is now 5 days later and we are checking out to return home. This is my first time using Vacasa for a house rental and I can’t say we will be using them again with the way this was handled. I will be posting updates on other sites and social media platforms. Best of luck to the next renters. The house was in a great location and if not for condition of house this would’ve been a 5 star rating but to me this type of standard of cleanliness and condition is that of a roadside $50 a night hotel, not a $500 a night , professional company house rental.

Fantastic!

This house is a perfect location and I’d love to stay here again. Easy walk to the beach as well as several restaurants/bars. The house is very clean and provided everything you need to feel at home, especially in the kitchen if you feel like staying in and cooking some nights. I was a bit worried before we got there because it does not list air conditioning under the amenities. However, there are wall mounted units on both floors and the house was a very comfortable temperature. Amazing place for the price, 5 stars!

Great find!

We were late making a booking for OC, so thrilled to find this listing. The kids loved the flamingo theme! FULLY STOCKED kitchen, really everything you can imagine. Vacasa provides a goody bag full of all kinds of soaps, TP, shampoos, conditioners, etc. The Vacasa website is a little brief in the description, so note that there is a hair dryer & fans in each room. It was cool at night, so my only wish was for insect screens so that we could leave the windows open. Jolly Roger was not loud at all. In fact the house was very quiet except for birds. Some helpful hints: Jolly Roger is next door, but parking is free, and the entry is a really long walk, so recommend driving. The waterpark is awesome, get there early and hit the popular slides first. Food/coolers are allowed. Lots of city busses go down to the boardwalk but we actually drove. We were always able to find a space on the street. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach from the house, so easy even with kids and chairs. Higgins Crab House is an easy walk and spectacular crabs. Our favorite kid friendly restaurant was De Lazy Lizard.
