Welcome to our mountain getaway!

We are long-time residents of the Front Range in Colorado that have been exploring our state for many years. One of our favorite corners of Colorado is the Fraser Valley -- it offers year-round activities as well as a tight-knit community feel! Recently, we decided to put down roots in Fraser to have a mountain escape -- we hope you will enjoy it as well! Welcome to our peaceful and comfortable condo.

We are just 10 minutes from Winter Park Resort and the free bus route stops right at the end of our parking lot. The condo is conveniently located minutes from the Fraser tubing hills, movie theater/bowling alley, Fraser recreation center, hiking and biking trails, YMCA of the Rockies, and the Safeway/Starbucks. There are several golf courses nearby and Ski Granby Ranch which is perfect for new skiers/boarders is close by. Lake Granby and the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park are about 40 min away, perfect for day trips.

The condo has two bedrooms and a den on the lower floor. Bedroom one has an attached bathroom and a queen bed. Bedroom two has bunk beds as well as a trundle bed -- perfect for 2-3 kids. An additional bathroom, cozy den (with another bunk bed), and laundry closet are also located on the first floor. The second floor includes a large, open living room with a huge comfy couch and fireplace; an updated kitchen and dining area; and powder room. The deck looks West for great views of sunset.

Our complex has just 27 units and is set in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees, away from the train tracks. Our unit has recently been updated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, new lighting, and has a mountain modern theme throughout. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need. There are towels for your use in the hot tub/amenities area and bedding and towels have also been refreshed, so you can enjoy all the comforts of home.

Dogs are welcome, if mentioned prior to booking, and then approved by owner for your stay. Occupancy may not exceed 6 guests (excluding the pets).

We like staying in this area of Fraser - it is convenient to groceries, restaurants, and of course the mountain. The price was very affordable. Would recommend.

Great place

Quiet neighborhood feel while still close to town. Very convenient location. Cozy and comfortable home. Everyone had the space they needed. Our only negative was that the parking lot doesn't get plowed - though this is obviously not the homeowner's fault. We saw two people get stuck trying to get out.

Great Mountain Stay

Property, communication, and experience were all excellent. My family and I enjoyed the area, and the rental. The owners communicated well and made everything available to us. The area is great for families or individuals. Lots to do in the area. We enjoyed RMNP, hiking, ATV trip with Mad Adventures, and local shopping. The condo itself is roomy and comfortable. No surprises, everything was as advertised. Only oddity was a local couple who live in the complex stopped by to tell us (in an accusatory manner) that we needed to put our trash in the locked dumpster (which we did). Then proceeded to give us a lesson on bears and trash because she knew there were 3 renters there this week and we were one of them. Not a big deal to us, but can certainly be off-putting to others visiting. All in all, 5 stars for everything and HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing Stay- Will book again

This property was amazing and even better than the photos. It’s perfect for families. They have a ton of books, toys and games. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make all meals there. The open floor plan upstairs was so beautiful. It’s the perfect distance from WP. We will definitely be booking this property again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo itself is great, plenty of room, well appointed, and a great location. The complex is great with a number of friendly regulars. The host was very welcoming, kitchen had everything you need. The owner was great with questions and providing recommendations. We are definitely planning on returning for future visits!

The accommodations were very nice. Condo was recently renovated with nice finishes and we perfect for our family. Location was great, close to grocery store, restaurants, shops, tubing hills, and Winter Park Ski resort.

Mountain getaway

Great place to stay, we will probably stay here again with our kids next time. Check in was easy, Adam was super responsive to any questions we had. The house appeared very clean other than the sheets on the main bed had dog hair and human hair on them, so we just threw them in the wash and put them back on the bed, otherwise it was clean!

Awesome Condo!

This was a great 2 story condo, with large kitchen/dinning and living room upstairs. Nice patio with furnished grill. Kiddos loved the bunkbeds and they had their own bathroom!!Very easy access to Grocery store and dinning.

Perfect condo for a summer family getaway

The condo was perfect for our family. We spent a day at Rocky Mountain National Park and a day at Winter Park riding the Alpine Slide, Gondola, Ropes Course and much more. The location was great and the place had all the amenities. The pictures don't do it justice. Having recently been upgraded, the condo was spacious and inviting, having all the amenities necessary for a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

The condo is even better than the pictures. It was spacious for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs. Adam has done some very nice updating. He was easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Fraser.
