Sea Dog is the perfect house for families looking for an extraordinary vacation. Centrally located in Buxton's Diamond Points Estates, Sea Dog features an extra-large yard with an exceptional pond view, and it is just a short walk to the beach. This well-appointed home boasts large, airy rooms - the perfect place to spend family time together. Sea Dog's ground level includes a large garage perfect for storing beach items, a portable firepit, an extra refrigerator, a fish-cleaning station, an enclosed outdoor shower, a concrete drive for up to four vehicles, and a large yard. Friends and family members who have difficulty climbing stairs can easily access the first floor. The large shaded deck and hot tub welcome you to the house. The first floor includes a comfortable den/entertainment room featuring a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The extra-large living room has a flatscreen TV, beautiful furnishings, and bamboo flooring. The well-appointed modern kitchen has granite countertops, extra serving ware, excellent cookware, and every appliance you'll need to cook up some wonderful meals. The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 12 dinner guests. The immaculate laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The first-floor bathroom has a tub/shower. The spacious upstairs includes the third bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a balcony with a pond view. The fourth bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a balcony with a backyard view, and two closets for your convenience. The large upstairs bathroom is convenient to all. Upgraded linens including sheets and towels are provided and beds are made for you before arrival.
