Relax and unwind at this newly renovated surf villa, 4 blocks from the water in Ocean Beach. This space was lovingly built with a spacious master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Sunbathe and read or sunset watch and dine on the large private deck. Take a stroll to shops on Newport Avenue (OB donuts is a must!). Your hardest decision during your stay will be deciding between catching waves at Sunset Cliffs, bar-hopping in Pacific Beach, fine dining in Little Italy, or Netflixing in bed.

Lovely Casita!!

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful casita in the heart of Ocean Beach. The view is amazing and they have all the amenities on hand for a romantic get away.

Casita at Ocean beach

We spent the month of August at this property and found it to be convenient & enjoyable. Close to shops, restaurants & not far from beach. Very hilly for walking. Owner close & very accessible, & accommodating.

Nice comfortable place

Great location to walk in the neighborhood! We could wander to the beach to watch the sunsets. There was a great neighborhood grocer which is really handy 2 blocks away and just a stroll down the hill to restaurants.

Ocean Beach vacation

Clean, convenient to all major attractions, easy walk few blocks to beach, off street parking, ocean view. Private patio with hedge and fenced space. Quick response from owner. Would choose this rental again.

Great spot in Ocean Beach

Loved the space. Well equipped and nice outdoor area. Sits above the old town area. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The only downside was it is directly in summer commercial flight patterns for take off/ landing so a bit noisy at times. But overall great place to stay in OC.

Mommy/Daughter Trip

My daughter and I came to San Diego for our annual mommy/daughter trip and we loved the casita and the location! Booking the casita easy and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. The neighborhood was so beautiful and quaint, with lots to do. The Casita was close to all of the San Diego attractions and it was easy to catch an Uber or Lyft. The host was very responsive and nice. If you are renting a car, make sure the car is truly small if you want to park in the back because the designated space is small, however there is ample street parking. We will definitely stay here again when we visit San Diego.

Beautiful and comfortable

Billy thoughtfully put together the unit with everything we needed. It is a nice walk to the beach/pier and to a wide variety of restaurants and bars. My favorite part was the private patio with amazing plantings and garden swing.

Perfect!

Delightful indoor & outdoor space. Excellent communication from owner. Close to OB shops, restaurants, & Beach. Out the dining window, you can see the ocean in the distance & watch the fireworks from Sea World.

Great vacation

Had a lovely stay at Billy’s place. The location can’t be beat, and Billy was an excellent host. The casita was well furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen (including coffee and a bottle of wine). Having a pack n play available made traveling with an infant really easy. There is off street parking available, but it was pretty precarious on a steep slant, but street parking was easily available as well. Hoping to stay again on our next trip to San Diego!

Cozy and Homey Casita

I had a relaxing stay at Billy’s Casita in Ocean Beach. The 3 days I was there, were rainy and very cold. The heater works great and I was super comfortable. Lots of soft blankets and pillows. Between rain showers, I was able to walk around the neighborhood and visit a few good restaurants. I had some local family members visit and we had a few appetizers around the cute little bar in the kitchen. The icing on the cake was being able to watch the fireworks from SeaWorld from the kitchen window and also a gigantic rainbow on the last day. I will be back. Thank you, Billy.

Best host and cleanest spot in SD

Billy’s cottage truly felt like “home” with all your kitchen essentials included to cook , washer and dryer, and clean sheets/ towels for all your needs! My family and I enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend Billy’s spot to rent from! Billy was the best host and made everything simple and with zero complications

Great Weekend!

Perfect size for a couple or in our case, me and my son for his birthday weekend. Billy was a GREAT host! I love getting back to OB after having lived here for 10 years in my younger days. I just love the OB vibe.

Bijou casita

Lovely little casita, great location, shops just down the road, lovely view of the sea and host very responsive. Sitting on the deck out front was heaven. Don't hesitate.
