Located in the Village of Lake George, this beautiful 1st floor duplex has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one full bath, a large fully stocked kitchen, large dining room with room for 6 people and spacious living room.

Relax on your spacious deck with a seating area, outside dining area and a gas grill overlooking the lake. With the best seats for Thursday Night Village Summer Fireworks!

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike trails, Shepard Park Beach and other attractions in Lake George Village.


Dock slip available (for an additional cost depending on the size of your boat) at the Boardwalk Marina, which is located right down the hill from the house. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAUNCH OR STORAGE FOR A TRAILER. Ask for more information. 2 Parking space available.

Best girls weekend!

My girlfriends and I came to Lake George to celebrate one of our birthdays and just had the best time! Our stay was great, the house was perfectly accommodating for us and the location and views could not be better. Being able to just walk down the hill and get on the dock at the boardwalk to have a few drinks or a bite to eat was priceless! Oh, and we had a perfect view of the fireworks from the dinner cruise right at the house on the porch!! The process of checking in and checking out was easy and Terry was super attentive when we had questions! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay we hope to make this an annual trip!

Great spot!

Stayed at the duplex, and happen to not have another family above us. Super close to the beach for our 2 year old and all downtown has to offer. Beautiful rental, and Terri was excellent with communication! Appreciate

This property was a beautiful house with a wonderful view off the front porch. We had everything we needed. A full kitchen, a grill on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay and had a great relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time!

Great location & home

We had a great time. Sherman park and music nearby. You can walk to beach, parasailing and boat rental, and restaurants. The view of the lake is beautiful from the porch. Both bedrooms were good with nice beds. The kitchen and living room are also super.

We could not have asked for a better location for our stay in Lake George! Loved listening to the live music and watching the fireworks from the porch. Terri was very quick to respond when I did have question. Unit was updated and very clean. Would definitely stay again if we are back at Lake George.

No need to look any further

Absolutely loved this property. The interior was brand new, clean and spacious. Two minute walk to the beach and one minute walk to ice cream and pizza and the best Breakfast Spot in Lake George. Gorgeous lakefront views. You can hear live music from neighboring restaurants that got me in the mood to join in!

Great place for a small family. Home is very clean and the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything and windows keep all the noise out. Property manager was great and easily accessible. Overall a great place to stay, can’t wait to return.

We had a great weekend at Terri’s house. The location is amazing, right on the water with beautiful view of the Lake from the deck. The house is very clean and updated. Everything is in walking distance. We would love to return one day!

Mother's Day get away

The property was amazing. The views are perfect. Loved watching the steam boat's come and go it is located right in the center of all the stores and restaurants. But tucked away enough that the crowds and noise are just in the distance. You can walk to almost everything. The house is so clean and well maintained. Definitely on our list to visit again. Couldn’t have been happier with this space and location! It really is right on the lake with breathtaking views! The space itself is new and very comfortable. It was a fantastic stay and we would have loved to have had more time there to walk around town, sit out and relax by a fire, and enjoy the view a bit longer. Thank you so much!!!!

Everything was clean, new and fresh. The view of the lake phenomenal. And so close to Duffys bar, very inconvenient. Friends had the upper level and equally awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!!

Excellent stay. Great location

This was just what we needed for our family! The only downside (and I say that loosely) is that the dock is private. But thanks to Teri we found a close spot to fish off a dock. House was immaculate and the proximity to town makes it so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Relaxing Trip

We had a wonderful stay in Lake George Village. The house is extremely clean and newly renovated. The kitchen and grill were so nice to have. The covered porch was so relaxing and fun to read, play cards and especially to enjoy the fireworks on Thursday night regardless of the weather. Thank you for a great stay. Get out on the water. The Lake is gorgeous.

Just as advertised!

Location was perfect for our family- close to the beach and right in the center of town! Couldn’t have asked for more with small kids. It is true that you can hear the people upstairs- and they likely heard us as well. Bring toiletries and towels for the lake- this place was great!

This house was great! Wonderful location as we like to walk everywhere. So close to the park, live music, shopping, restaurants/bars, boat rentals, Steamboat docks. The house was beautiful inside and we spent alot of time on the patio. The beds were comfortable. Lots to do!

This was a wonderful place. Everything about it was great. The interior was brand new looking and had all amenities needed. The location for fireworks or using the dock was amazing. Terri was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We had the best time. The location of this property is perfect. You can walk to all of the restaurants and attractions in the area. We even were able to see the fireworks right off of the back deck. The house is extremely clean and perfectly stocked with the essentials that you might need. The house is kid friendly. The only con is that the noise from the tenants upstairs can be loud at times. You can hear them walking around and the bathroom is noisy when the water runs. The only thing we would do different is rent the entire house next time and bring friends! Thank you! We will be back.
