Guest Access:
Guest access includes the entire interior and exterior of the home and surrounding property. With the exception of the exterior garage and the housekeeping closet inside the home, the rest of the space is yours to call home during your stay.

Neighborhood:
In addition to a multitude of recreation opportunities right outside your door, you'll be just over 30 minutes to St. George, 2 hours to Las Vegas, and 2.5 hours to Lake Powell. This location is a hidden gem in Southern Utah - book your stay today!

PARKING: Please park directly in front of the house on the red gravel area. To prevent damage to the landscape and your vehicle from getting stuck, do not drive behind the house.

Notes:
- We allow pets on a case-by-case basis here. The home is thoroughly cleaned between each reservation, but pet dander may be encountered during your stay. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please see our House Rules section for more details.
- We ask all of our guests to read over and sign a Rental Agreement before accessing the property. Look for the link in your confirmation email. IMPORTANT: Without a signed contract, your check-in details will not be sent. To avoid any delays, please sign the contract as soon as possible.
House Rules:
- No unregistered guests. The maximum property capacity is 9 people. No groups of more than 4 unrelated adults. No parties or events.
- While we can sleep 9 guests, the triple bunk bed is set up for visiting children. For the safety of our guests, please limit the use of the bunk beds to guests under 200 lbs.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time. This is strictly enforced due to fire hazards in the area.
- Park on the gravel directly in front of the home. DO NOT drive behind the house. Due to the soft ground, your vehicle may get stuck. Any repair costs due to damage of the grading behind the house will be charged to the guest.
- Approved pets may be allowed for a fee. Please see Pet Policy below for more information
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Remove shoes within the home
- Basic pickup is required before departure. Please do the dishes, take your garbage outside
- Check in and out on time. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee

Pet policy:
- Pre-approval is required for ALL Pets, including service animals which are always approved and not charged
- Please keep your pet on the main floor of the home
- Crate when left unattended
- Keep off all bedding: if your pet sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. Animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets
- Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture
- Pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside garbage only
- Pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains
- Be considerate of neighbors and control barking especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am
- You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet
- Fee of $35 per night (~$150 per month) per approved pet (excluding service animals) must be paid before arrival
