Welcome to Sunrise Cabins, a humble getaway! This post and beam cabin sleeps 4 and has a bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps one on top and two on the bottom and a bedroom with a king size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a tub/shower unit with toilet and sink. It has a cozy living room with TV. The cabin sits on a rustic farm environment with beautiful mountain views and breathtaking sunrises!
For our guests, we now offer a private trail from the cabins that will take you to the access trail for your Snowmobiling and ATVing. We also have ample parking to accomodate your vehicle and trailer.
Our stay was short but sweet. The cabin was very clean and nicely done. The owner Julie was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend and plan on staying again in the future.
We felt right at home when we were greeted by Julie and 2 goats. The cabin was spotless and fitted our needâs perfectly. Great view across the valley to the mountains
We were looking for a place to stay a few nights and located this cabin. We arrived after dark but was very pleased with how well we were treated by Julie and the cabin was very clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds!! I would highly recommend staying here.
This is a beautiful property with mountain views. The cabins were hand-built by the owner. Wood paneling you don't see anymore. 2 bedroom full bath with full kitchen. Everything you need just bring food!!! We will stay here again. The pet goats Luna and Penny are adorable.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The hostess was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The cabin was sparkling clean, and very spacious. If we had a complaint, it was that the bed wss extremely firm. For us, it was uncomfortable. If you like a super firm mattress, you will love it.
The pictures of the cabin hardly did it justice. The inside was beautiful, with rustic decor, comfortable furniture, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. And it was spotless. Julie was available as soon as we arrived, and she couldn't have been more helpful and gracious. She explained the layout, how to work the heat, kitchen appliances, etc. Her recommendations on places to eat were right on the mark. We'll be staying here again on next year's trip.
Julie initiated communication with us a couple of weeks before our scheduled date to arrive.
Upon our arrival, she personally came out to greet us, showed us to and around our cabin as well as sharing a bit of history of the area and how the cabins came to be.
It was our first off roading trip to the area and she was super helpful with providing directions and a few rules of riding in the state.
The cabins were beautiful, impeccably clean and the decor inside enhanced the overall "forest cabin" setting that we had hoped to experience. The kitchen had a full fridge and freezer and everything you need to cook (including a grill outside) and eat your meals. The bathroom had more than enough towels and paper goods.
The property was the perfect viewing spot for the full harvest moon and the gorgeous sunrises against the mountain range.
Julie and her husband Bill were super nice and we enjoyed talking with them in passing in and out.
We are planning future trips to the area and will rent the same cabin. Highly recommend to anyone who is planning to vacation in that area.
This cabin was clean, comfortable, and very warm during our chilly October stay. Host was extra helpful and easy to reach. A perfect place to stay in Moosehead region.
Although we only stayed one night, Julie (host) was amazing. Super sweet and helpful! The cabins were gorgeous. The views were gorgeous! Everything was so clean! We went up to ride ATVs, we went through their private trail to lower Shirley road which put us right on the rail bed.
Thank you Julie! We will be back!
