Convenient quiet LSU Location near City Park, coffee shops, restaurants and bars
Intimate 1 bedroom apartment in Historic Hundred Oaks neighborhood. Completely remodeled 1st floor unit on safe and quiet street. Short walk to Perkins Road shopping, dining and night life. Walking distance to LSU Lakes, City Park, Garden District coffee house, Baton Rouge Gallery.
This is a lovely place perfect for my visit while taking care of my sister with dementia. The price is great and so affordable. The bed is amazing, pure luxurious sleeping as well as the pillows, the best ever! The bath towels are also luxurious and thick. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Some neighbors get a little noisy as itâs one unit among several in a building but itâs not really a big deal. I love being so close to nice restaurants, shopping, the gym, spa, and yoga studios. Easy access to Rt. 10. Will stay here again.
It is a great location, close to Perkins Row with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. One thing to note is that the bathroom is on the opposite side of the house than the main bedroom. Not really a problem, just inconvenient in the middle of the night. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils and such. Would definitely stay here again.
Kims unit was very cute & clean! The bed (soft with nice linens) & furnishings were comfortable. The bathroom was small, but functional (we are not small people & were fine, but if you are very large the bathroom door & vanity placement might not work). Thick towels & plenty of paper goods. I would definitely stay there again or recommend it!
Really beautiful property, extremely comfortable - I barely left the bed for an entire day - in a convenient, quiet, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this place, I will be staying here again. // Check-in process went very badly; communication with host was poor until I convinced her that I wasn't a spammer. I don't think much of this was my fault. However, I'm not willing to downvote the property because once I got in it was great. // FYI, there are people living overhead; if you don't like folks walking around over you, not the place to stay.
My wife and I love this location. We try to stay every time we are in town, although it is very popular, we generally still stay twice a year. Thank you Kim as always⊠see you next time.
This was a terrific place to stay for the week. I was so impressed with how clean the entire unit was and the bed was super comfortable. It had parking right beside the house and I felt safe here. I will definitely stay here again when Iâm in Baton Rouge.
The apartment was very convenient for getting to/from the LSU campus. It was cute, very clean & quiet. The neighborhood was quaint & safe. We would stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay. The propertyâs location was perfect for our purpose, which was exploring Baton Rouge because my daughter is attending LSU this year. The only issue we had was the shower was super slippery and we all almost fell- but we remedied that with a shower mat.
We were in Baton Rouge for my nieceâs LSU graduation. This property is minutes from there not to mention also close to Walmart, restaurants, shopping etc. we sat on the porch and enjoyed our coffee before heading to the graduation. It was so relaxing and beautiful scenery. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! The host is amazing!!
This sweet place is clean, cozy, and equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful. Off-street parking is convenient. The beds and pillows are very nice! The decor is lovely. I highly recommend this place!
Had a wonderful stay at The Letitia! It was a perfect little unit that accommodated us for all of our needs in a nice little neighborbood. Loved the front porch and ease of parking, too. Thanks so much, Kim!
We stayed here for four nights while we were in Baton Rouge for the USBC National Bowling Tournament. It is about 10 minutes away (by car) from the Raising Cane Center. This apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, and it is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed being able to come back to the apartment after the activity and excitement of the tournament each day. It is located in a residential area, and the two of us took a walk around the pretty, tree-lined neighborhood several times. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy.
I came into Baton Rouge with my daughter for a long weekend baseball tournament at LSU. This place was awesome! Updated, clean, cozy, well stocked. The owner was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy access to everything we needed. Very happy with this entire experience - 10/10 would recommend!
Nice and very clean apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy it felt. The front porch was very relaxing and the neighborhood is fun and close to many good places to eat or visit. I would be happy to stay here again.
