Fun Getaway with Hot Tub, Arcade, Playground!
Come enjoy this hidden jewel! With plenty of fun for the family including a large brand new 7 person hot tub, bunk room with games and a public playground nearby for the kids, and plenty of unique furniture pieces. Our home is fully stocked with bedding and kitchen essentials. Large TV`s and an Xbox for the kids.
Stay warm in the winters with a new HVAC system and cool in the summer with AC. Get a true lodge feel with custom built log beds and a fun fire pit to toast marshmallows out back.

The entire house and garage, except for a few locked closets, is available for guests to use.
Gem State Jewel is located minutes away from two forks of Lake Cascade, the Donnelly Boat Docks and Beaches, 15 minutes to Tamarack Ski Resort and the Red Ridge and West Mountain Snowmobile Areas and is 5 minutes to downtown Donnelly.
This cabin has a beautiful backyard that backs up to a treed area with a large patio.
This home also includes 65 & 45 inch 4K Smart TVâs with Unlimited Hi Speed WIFI. The new wood burning stove will provide a cozy ambience. The dining room features a beautifully hand crafted dining room table made from re-purposed antique barn wood. A new Weber BBQ near the patio and hot tub will round out your enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms downstairs each have a queen bed. The bunk room upstairs is set-up with 2x full over full bunks with a Pac-Man arcade.
This vacation home is a short drive from many different hot spots and outdoor adventure. Located less than 3 miles from Cascade Lake beaches, boat ramps, water sports and only 5 miles away from Tamarack Ski Resort. 15 miles north of the boutique town of Cascade and 15 miles south of the resort town of McCall. You`ll love how close you`ll be to high mountain lakes, fantastic hiking, ATV trails, mountain biking, snowmobile adventure, as well as fishing, boating, canoeing, and kayaking spots!
Guests have access to the entire home, including the two-car garage and large driveway. Need extra parking? Just ask, and we`ll direct you to the overflow parking lot.
**This home is pet friendly, but pre-approval is required in all instances. Prior to booking, please submit the pet breed, weight and age. For approved pets, there is a fee per pet. Max 2 pets at this property**

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
