Sun Valley Retreat

A few years ago, we purchased this condo from dear friends after honeymooning and vacationing in Sun Valley every year for the past 34 years. We updated the unit by installing a stacked washer dryer, replaced beds, added high speed internet and cozy, river rock gas fireplace to make you feel right at home. We encourage outdoor enthusiasts to experience everything Sun Valley has to offer as we have done as a family over the decades.
The space:
This property is a comfortable, ground floor condo for a family or friends looking for a vacation home to relax after hitting the slopes or enjoying the outdoors. It stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There is a main bedroom with a king bed and an additional room perfect for another couple or for up to three kids with a queen bed and upper twin bunk as well as a wall mounted smart tv. The one bathroom is spacious with 2 sinks and a separate shower/toilet area with a door. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home while there are many local restaurants we can recommend as well. While we do not have cable, our smart TVs are set up to access the usual streaming apps. In the spring, summer and fall, the large deck extends the living area and is well equipped with patio furniture and electric barbecue as well as optional shades.
Rental includes access to our own Bluff swimming pool/hot tub/dry sauna that is a short 1 minute walk from the condo and offers beautiful views. Rental also includes amenity passes to Elkhorn Village Amenities (4 minute drive from condo that includes a seasonal outdoor pool/hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts) and Harker Center Amenities (7 minute drive from condo that includes a seasonal outdoor pool/hot tub/sauna, tennis courts and playground) during the May-October season.
