Location, location, location. Cliche but so true. You usually sacrifice comfort, space and amenities for the convenience of such a great location, but not the case here! Brand new one bdr apt in the heart of hip and trendy Capitol Hill--you can walk everywhere, but it includes a very coveted parking space! If you know this area, you know that parking is a huge challenge. Price includes a dedicated space. Fully stocked full-sized kitchen, king sized bed, full-sized leather futon, full sized washer dryer, extra linens, amenities, coffee, iron/ironing board, humidifier, work station, wifi. All the amenities of a corporate extended stay apt, with the comforts of home! Come stay and live like a lucky Denver local in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Denver.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was lovely. Very clean and the host was super communicative, even checking in with us via text to make sure all was well. The parking spot is a big plus and the bed was super comfy.

Great hosts. Property exactly as described with all the necessities for a short stay. Literally in the heart of Denver and just miles from most everything one would want to do. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, well stocked, and comfortable place to stay. Much better than any hotel. The parking was also a huge plus if your getting a rental.

We had a fantastic stay at Sydney’s place! It was in the perfect location for visiting family in Central Denver. We really appreciated the dedicated parking spot! We found the apartment to be well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

Perfect spot to walk to almost everything Cap Hill and downtown. Super close to restaurants, park, grocery and downtown. Very clean, secure and lots of nice extra touches throughout.

Easy access to Capitol District and more!

The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the heart of town or to nearby shops / restaurants. Sydney and the team were very responsive about any concerns and made it very easy to check in and out. We had a wonderful stay during out time in Denver!

Everything you need for a Capitol stay!

This updated and stylish apartment is everything you'll need and it's within walking distance to the Capitol. Clean, convenient, with a designated parking space, full kitchen and much more! Communication with the host was great and it was a nice place to stay while we were in Denver. We would stay here again!

Great Capital Hill area and close to all!

Went to visit family and this was a great location and stocked with everything you could need . Great shower pressure, good coffee, and a great bed . I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror. Hope to return again .

Hi! Welcome to our short term rental. I'm Sydney and we are happy to host you. I originally grew up in the DC area and am lucky to now call Denver home since 2008. I am a lucky mom of 2 extraordinary young boys, and a part-time yoga instructor. A majority of my career was in hotel management, and I have channeled my love for service and hospitality into building/designing, and hosting a vacation rental. I love recommending places to eat and things to do, and I've provided my favorite spots in the guest book, but please don't be shy--I'd love to give any recommendations for your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Coming from the hospitality industry, and having traveled a fair share, I wanted to create an apartment with touches and amenities I'd appreciate whether traveling for work or for a family vacation. The location cannot be beat, but once you are "home," I want you to feel as comfortable as staying in your favorite family member's guest house--with an extremely comfortable bed, full kitchen, stocked with all of the essentials and more, an Apple TV, full sized washer/dryer, nice linens, large work station with reliable WIFI and most of all, an immaculately clean place where I want to kick off my shoes after a long day.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Walk everywhere! With a Zillow Walk score of 98--you will not need a car, but if you do choose to have one, you will have a dedicated parking spot (very coveted in this neighborhood). It's a brand new apartment, and I take incredible care to ensure a sparkling clean and disinfected space for each guest. All linens, including duvet covers are washed and changed between guests--something not even hotels can claim. Since Covid, our professional housekeepers go an extra step to not only clean, but disinfect all surfaces. I provide snacks, water, and extra touches too. Since I live upstairs, I am available for any questions or if you need me for anything, but it's a separate apartment, so you have complete privacy and you probably won't even see me, but know that I am here to make your stay the best it can be. My hope is that you will love Denver as much as we do!
