Dulany 202 is just steps from the gondola, making it the perfect place to stage a fantastic mountain getaway! If you enjoy all the conveniences of being located at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and within walking distance of the gondola, shopping, and some of Steamboat Springs's finest restaurants, this is the ideal location for your family. If members of your family are going to be in ski school, the meeting place is located right next to the gondola, so it is very easy to drop your kids off in the morning before heading up the slopes for a few hours of fun. There is also a new outdoor entertainment area with two large capacity hot tubs, outdoor gas grills, and also seating around a gas fire ring.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo has an updated kitchen with slab granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a separate dining area with plenty of seating for family and friends. The living room includes a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a new leather couch and love seat. The main bedroom has an attached full bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and access to the patio via a sliding glass door. The second bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a flatscreen TV. There is also a private washer/dryer in the condo and separate ski storage located on the building's lower level off the elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Third Stay at this Unit

We stayed here over the week of 4th of July, and as always, we enjoy this particular condominium and Delany at the Gondola. We did see that the toaster was broken (and un-fixable) when we checked in, and we'd like to thank the sweet guy from Vacasa who brought us a nice new four-slice toaster on July 4th!

Amazing long weekend

First time to Steamboat and the location of the property was perfect. Easy access on and off mountain and to enjoy everything the village had to offer! Cant wait to return.

Great condo

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. It is very conveniently located! It is very close to the gondola, ski school, and restaurants. A car is not needed. The free bus system is very easy and we explored downtown Steamboat. The owner responded to messages quickly. On our next trip to Steamboat, we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Condo is clean, nicely appointed, and matches the description and pictures. Sheets and towels are very good quality, as are the kitchen appliances. There was street noise from the traffic and the bar across the street, but perhaps it would not be noticeable in the winter months when the windows are closed. If it makes a difference to know this, anyone sleeping in the living room will have to go through one of the bedrooms to reach a bathroom. Condo is a little on the dim side, but is OK when all the blinds are open. We enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed in this condo now 4 times. It is a perfect location for us and a great size for our family of four (kids 10 and 8). It is a quick walk to the base and all of the amenities. It is also a quick walk to the wild plum market for any last minute needs. The hot tub set up is perfect. The Dulany has a ski check, which is helpful but we opt to check ours at the base; easier for the kids. Over the past year the cleanliness has improved, even the humidifiers were cleaned really well. My only constructive criticisms are the following. 1) the mattress and bedding should be upgraded. When you are out all day skiing the thing that makes your day complete is a great sleep experience. 2) the kitchen needs to be restocked with utensils. The basics are missing. Otherwise we love it and would come back.

Beautifully appointed and matches the description. A bit dim. Guests in the living room will have to go through a bedroom to get to either of the 2 bathrooms. Liked the twin beds in Bedroom #2. Master bedroom bedroom was large, with an excellent bed. Towels and linens were excellent quality. Very clean. We stayed in the summer and discovered there was no AC, although the small fan we found helped. Also, painters were prominent throughout our stay -- they blocked our door, taped shut our balcony doors, stood on our balcony, and climbed ladders outside our windows. That said, they did their best not to disturb us and we understood that they had a job to do. Still, maintenance and improvement plans are something to check before you book for the summer months.

Great location, but needs some help

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We tried all three, but they felt like they could bounce us off with the slightest movement. The twin beds rocked back and forth like boats, and the master bed's headboard wasn't even attached. We had to stuff pillows between the mattress and headboard to keep it in place. On top of that, the WiFi worked for only one day before completely going out until the morning we were leaving. The lighting in the room was too dim, relying solely on lamps. While I understand that AC isn't necessary in Steamboat, the only alternative was opening the windows. Unfortunately, this posed a problem since the windows faced a busy street corner, making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, the unit only had Roku TV connections, rendering it unusable unless you provided your own credentials. I simply wanted basic cable to watch the news at night. Although I'm generally satisfied, I can't help but feel disappointed. As a former resident of this town, I've stayed in different VRBOs each time I visit, and I've seen better accommodations within this price range. Thank you for hosting us, but please consider making some upgrades, such as improving the lighting, adding ceiling fans, and investing in knock-off Tempurpedic mattresses. Trust me, your guests' backs will greatly appreciate it.

Great service and location

Vacasa made the stay really easy. And on-site staff were responsive. The location is hard to beat. So easy to walk to the gondola and then ski out. The condo is roomy and cozy. Functioned really well for the four of us. More then enough space.

Summer stay

This unit is very conveniently located to the ski base. It is equipped with all kitchen items you'll need. It was clean and nicely furnished. Management was very attentive when we had a problem getting the satellite service to work on one of the TVs. Drawbacks to the unit are that it faces a very busy road that is very loud with a lot of commercial trucks driving it. The unit is also very warm in the summer, even with windows open. I'd definitely recommend it for convenience to the mountain base.

Family ski weekend

A great ski in/ski out. Really close to the gondola. Several restaurants in walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for cooking basic meals too. Nice to have a small grocery/wine store across the street.
