What a great place! Beach is less than 50 feet away, wonderful pool area. The cafe in the building had good breakfast. We would def stay here again. Thank you again.

Would not stay at this unit again. Not well decorated. Needs a lot of updating in bedroom dressers and vanity in bathrooms. But we love to stay at at Maisons. Pool area is very nice.

Great Myrtle Beach Vacation

This condo was great! My family and I had a wonderful stay! Location is great! Near the beach, shops and restaurants! After the beach the pool is so refreshing! Marilyn was great with any questions or concerns! I recommend this condo for a family vacation on the beach!

Great getaway

It was what we needed. Very relaxing getaway, coffee on the deck with the beach view was great. The beach area here wasn’t crowded at all. The unit was very clean and neat better than the photos, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Marilyn

Beautiful Condo Great View

Marilyn's property was amazing! The kids enjoyed the space and the view even from the lower level was awesome! Security was top notch and we felt safe at all times. Every resident we encountered was super friendly! Pool area was massive and clean. Beach was not crowded and steps away from the building! Our family will definitely return! Thank you Marilyn for allowing us to visit your property!

Stay was great, checking in was a pain, they didn't give us the code do get in the unit had to contact the owner ,took about 45 minutes to get in, was a bit upset to say the least.

Great beach

Check in — a bit confusing. Fob is needed for access to building and beach at building. Wish there were more than 2 since all were adult guests. The accommodations were great. Good food at the building. Even on a holiday the beach was not crowded. The location was convenient. Everyone enjoyed the trip. Would definitely return.

Lovely Condo and Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit we stayed in was exactly as the photos showed. We were very happy that with the interior and exterior. The views were amazing. Only complaint we had was, we wish we would have been told of the construction/renovation that was taking place, above and below us. The noise made it impossible to sleep past 8am and being surprised that the bathroom sinks only drained from 6pm-8am. We made it work though. Not a complaint, but a suggestion… Maybe provide more than 1 bath towel/per person, a few beach towels) and extra blankets so the sleeper sofa could be used. Just a suggestion… All in all, we enjoyed the stay and if the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely return. Extra plus.. The Host was ALWAYS available/quick to respond to our questions/concerns.

We could not have chosen a better place!

We were so happy to find this condo! This was perfect for our family. It is directly on the ocean, it has a large pool, a 1 ft pool for our grandchildren, tennis courts, 2 bedroom suites, a restaurant, a tiki bar and close shopping. Each bedroom suite has a bathroom. The master has a tub with a very spacious shower and a king sized bed with a private deck that opens to the main porch and the other suite has 2 queen beds that were perfect for our daughters family. That suite also has an ocean view. There is a private washer and dryer, the porch has an ocean view and there is a dining area inside as well as a breakfast area. The home was supplied with linen, towels, extra laundry detergent and the basic supplies we needed to start our vacation. Marilyn supplied her phone # and responded very quickly when we needed to contact her. She also sent a very comfortable mattress topper for the master bedroom since someone mentioned it was not very comfortable. We felt it was fine without it but once it was applied it was VERY comfortable. We’d mention the building is a very secure building. You must follow their rules. We look forward to coming back, our stay was wonderful!

Looks like it went thru a hard summer of renters

Do not recommend if you have toddlers. Glass, electronics and cleaning chemicals at eye level to 1 year old. Cleaning company is not doing this owner any justice in their cleaning or reporting issues. Trash under beds, dust bunnies and sand all over the floor. Handles and hardware loose or missing. Sliding doors really hard to open. All the beach equipment in the closet was covered in sand. Tropical storm during our visit so no beach time. Daytime front desk security, every interaction with her we all felt unwelcome. Would not let us use a luggage cart to bring our bags in. Said you have to go downstairs and have a private code. Been renting properties for 20+ years, at this price point I was disappointed. Location wonderful, building dated but beautiful and clean, amenities standard. More welcoming to retired age groups.

Run to the Sun car Show

The picture was accurate to the location and it's always nice to get there and feel like you get better than the pictures. I was concerned about the balcony and the parking lot but getting there and seeing it is a nice distance from the parking lot, no blender or iron but they had a bag of ice there which I used and a heated swimming pool for use. I had what mattered the most. Clean, roomy , cooking utensils, multiple TV, the beach views from balcony. Great security and parking. Carts for luggage & grocery, which was a big help. Located by so many stores.

Beautiful Condo -Worth it!

Marilyn’s condo was beautiful, clean and centrally located. The view couldn’t be beat. Marilyn was a great hostess and accommodated us by letting us check in two hours early. We will definitely be back!

Myrtle Beach

Had a great vacation with family. Location was great, beach access easy to get too. Was nice surprise to find a few chairs and boards for the beach in the Condo. We enjoyed the Pool party and DJ on Saturday. Pool area was clean and we enjoyed the tiki bar was perfect. Jason, the bartender, was extremely friendly and provided professional speedy service.

Excellent Condo and Location

We absolutely loved the facility and location. The condo itself was very nicely decorated and clean. Only drawback for us was the master bedroom bed—it was like sleeping on straight springs. My husband and and I ended up sleeping on the couch the last night. I’d recommend bringing a nice mattress pad. The guest beds were very comfortable, though. Our boys slept well the whole week. We loved the amenities at the facility, and the location was excellent—right near everything but not super crowded. We would definitely go back in the future.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and we hate to hear about the mattress . We just got it (this year)from Ashely Furniture and it’s a hybrid mattress so we are surprised to hear this. Had we known we could have addressed the issue that by getting at least a mattress topper We want our guests to be super comfortable and we plan to replace the mattress in thr next week or 2 Thanks for letting us know and again we would have addressed the mattress that week
