Ocean View Condo On Cape San Blas
We hope youâll love Baydream Believer as much as we do! Our home is a Gulf and Bay view townhome on the north end of Cape San Blas in the desirable SeaCliffs community. SeaCliffs is a private gated community that is located just outside the world famous St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park.
Baydream Believer is a 2,000+ square ft, four story home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Each of the top three floors has its own balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard area of the U shaped community. From the fourth floor balcony you and your friends/family can enjoy inviting views of the Gulf and the St. Joseph Bay. For your convenience there is an elevator in the home to assist with transporting luggage and supplies. This home sleeps 10-11 with the new addition of a set of bunk beds. (Please note that bed 11 is a twin trundle mattress that fits under the bunk bed and all three twins are designed to sleep children.)
Our home is just steps away from the pool, and just a short walk further to the pristine white sand beaches of Cape San Blas! There is parking space available under the unit for 1-3 vehicles. The outdoor space also features a propane grill*, ample space for beach gear and an outdoor shower and water hose. (*Please note that if tank is empty, guests may need to provide their own propane, which is readily available at CSB convenience stores and many locations in Port St. Joe.)
Entrance to the condo is from the ground level which also houses a washer and dryer, storage space, a second full sized refrigerator, the stairwell and access to the elevator.
On the second floor you will find two carpeted bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is one of two Master Suites, featuring a comfortable king sized bed, 40â flat screen SmartTV, balcony with chairs and a large master bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.
Bedroom #2 *(This room has changed if you have stayed here before.) BR 2 can sleep up to five people with 2 twin beds, a set of bunk beds, and a trundle mattress. Full disclosure: the trundle bed if used, will take up most of the available floor space in this room, it will be tight, but we understand that sometimes you just need the extra bed. A wall mounted 40â SmartTV and convenient ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo complete this space.
Moving up to the third floor there are two more carpeted bedrooms.
Bedroom #3 is the second Master Suite and features its own balcony with chairs, a comfortable king sized bed, 40â flat screen SmartTV with DVD/Blue-Ray player, and large master bathroom with double vanity and a double sized step in shower.
Bedroom #4 has a comfortable queen sized bed, 40â flat screen SmartTV, and a convenient ensuite bathroom with shower.
Relax on the fourth floor in the large open living space which includes a comfortable living room with plenty of seating, large soft area rug, and a large flat screen SmartTV with Netflix and a DVD/Blue-Ray player. This floor also includes balcony access, a 1/2 bath and the very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a large dining table that seats eight, and counter seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, a Keurig, microwave, ice maker, toaster, guest pantry for food storage and an abundance of cookware, utensils and nice quality dishes.
(Please note that our home has a small but growing supply of âextrasâ for kids, including toys, games, kids books, beanbag chairs, sippy cups, a wooden baby gate, and a booster style high chair w/tray.)
