Guests are allowed to access the entire cottage, minus a locked cleaning closet.

Summer activities include mountain biking, hiking, fishing, canoeing, boating, jet skiing, horseback riding, zip line or bike at Tamarack Resort, enjoy a round of golf at one of the four courses in the valley and all the water sports you can imagine.

In the winter, there is skiing and snowboarding at the nearby Tamarack Resort or at McCall`s Brundage Ski Resort, sledding and beginner skiing at the Activity Barn near McCall and thousands of acres of snowmobiling.

Year-round you can visit the nearby Gold Fork Hot Springs, just relax in this luxurious cabin, soak in the hot tub, play games, watch a movie or whip up something delicious in the gourmet kitchen.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Boulder Creek Boat Ramp, Beach and Day Use Area and about 20 minutes to Tamarack Resort.

Note: the third bedroom, which is located upstairs, is only accessible via a pull down ladder.

This cottage is accessible year-round and is located on a level lot, about 3 miles south of the town of Donnelly, and not far from Tamarack Ski Resort. Roads and driveway are all paved and snow removal service is provided all winter.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: This home only permits dogs under 20lbs. If you plan on bringing a pet, please send us a message before booking. Pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues.
