Summary:
Welcome to our luxurious and modern mountain chalet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and spacious enough for 8 guests. The home is within minutes of Breckenridge, biking/hiking trails and Mt. Quandary. This newly built home has a southwest facing wall of windows that lights up the inside of the home and provides panoramic views of Mt. Quandary. The home is on 1.6 acres and surrounded by trees making it very private and secluded. The home is ideal for families and groups of friends!
The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The upper level of the house is highlighted by the kitchen, dining room and living room that share an open concept. The kitchen is stunning and is fully stocked with everything a group needs to prepare meals at home. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a bathroom with a shower off of the kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, a mounted flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The living room and kitchen have access to the deck, which has a gas grill, outdoor seating, and fantastic mountain views. The upper level of the home has the master suite, which has a king bed, small desk, flat screen TV, access to the deck, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The lower level of the home has the remaining two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, small desk, and a TV. The second bedroom is the bunk room and it has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom on this floor and it has a shower/tub. The lower level also has a living room with nice furniture and a mounted flat screen TV. Lastly, there is a large mudroom with a washer/dryer and access to the attached two car garage. The home also has a private hot tub with great mountain views for guests to enjoy!
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, the attached two car garage, driveway and the hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Once you leave the home adventure awaits in every direction! A short drive will bring you to Wheeler, Bemrose, McCullough Gulch, and Quandary Trails for hiking or mountain biking among pine trees, along creeks, and into the mountains. A short drive up Route 9 brings you to downtown Breckenridge, where you can take in the many splendors of this old mountain town. Breckenridge is a hub of culture with festivals, dining, and shopping experiences, and of course the world famous ski resort.
Getting Around:
During the winter months (October-May) guests will need 4WD or chains to access the property safely. Uber and Lyft are available as well.
Other Things to Note:
Guests may park 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the driveway. The garage has a 7' clearance and will not fit large trucks or luggage carriers.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
