Great home in the peaceful country perfect for hosting a family reunion with 5 bedrooms including 5 king size beds and set of bunk beds. 3 bathrooms, two family rooms and a hot tub! Comfortable couches, two refrigerators, GRILL on upper deck, and new decor makes this home welcoming! Foosball table, ping pong table, board games and a HOT TUB make this home fun for families.

Enjoy watching the horses in the pasture behind the home on the back deck. Located in Colorado Springs just few miles east of Monument, Colorado providing easy access to Denver, Colorado as well.
RV parking available inside or outside. Electrical hook up available for additional cost.
NOTE: Guest arriving after dark may have a tough time finding the driveway because there are no city lights at this property. If we know you will be arriving after dark, we will be sure to leave some lights on.

For WEDDING attendees - to the east the Younger Ranch wedding venue is 8 minutes away & the Flying Horse Ranch venue is only 10 minutes away. To the west the Hearth house is 13 minutes and Spruce Mountain Ranch is 20 minutes.

Colorado Springs Ranch House

We LOVED our stay at the ranch house for USAFA graduation. The house had plenty of room and the extra space in the detached barn/garage was perfect for hosting guests. The hosts were excellent to communicate with. We would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends.

Host was very accommodating and made sure we had all we needed for our stay. Beautiful country location. Our extended family loved this place. We had 7 adults and 3 children. Each family had their own room. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The big clean detached garage worked out perfect for our wedding rehearsal diner.

Perfect!!!!! Small wedding (30) people for the event, grooms family came in from Texas and stayed at the property. Had a total of 12 staying at the property and was perfect for a small gathering. Horse Ranch Oasis

We had such a nice stay at this property! It was very clean and well kept. The beds were large and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and worked well for making brunch each day. There is a large out building that would work great for a casual picnic and outdoor activities. The property sits on a large horse ranch with similar large house spreads. I thought it would be more remote, but was surprisingly easy to access and travel back and forth to our wedding venue in Larkspur (Spruce Mountain). Would highly recommend!

Family wedding weekend

Location was perfect for distance to the Flying Horse Ranch venue for our daughters wedding. The layout of the house was great for the needs of our family who came in from multiple states. The openness of the home and ability to be up or downstairs gave us plenty of space to be together. The kitchen was user friendly and the center of many conversations! Amazing!

Excellent stay! Diana was very communicative and the house was incredibly clean and perfect for our bridal party. Super close to our venue - Flying Horse Ranch - which was very helpful for our wedding weekend. Beds were very comfortable and the outer area with the hot tub was a great place to relax and watch the horses in the pasture. Our group didn’t find it difficult to get to at all as other reviews have mentioned. As long as you use Apple Maps instead of Google it led you directly through the access road, I found it easily for the first time in the dark. Once on the property determining which of the houses it was, was mildly questionable and added signage along the road would be helpful. Would absolutely stay again with a large group. Family Stay for Colorado Wedding

Loved the layout of this house! We had 5 married couples/family. All King beds which is hard to find and everyone slept well. No complaints on comfort. One room also includes bunk beds. Family was able to spread out and have nice space. Home was very clean. We did not use the hot tub. It was fun kicking back and watching the horses. We were so happy this home allowed events (gatherings) so that our whole family could visit and share a meal. Fun space downstairs to play games and dance. You feel like you’re out and away from town but are really only a short distance from Monument and northern Colorado Springs. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would defiantly VRBO here again.

A perfect vacation home near Younger Ranch Wedding Venue

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation home near the Younger Ranch wedding venue during our daughter's wedding weekend. I cannot express enough how perfectly located and well-equipped this home was for our needs. It was truly an essential part of making our daughter's wedding day a success. Firstly, the proximity of this vacation home to the Younger Ranch wedding venue was unbeatable. It was just a short distance away, making it incredibly convenient to travel back and forth between the home and the venue. It allowed for stress-free transportation and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The layout of the vacation home was marvelous, offering ample space for our whole family as we prepared for the big day. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone, which was especially important during the hectic wedding preparations. The large garage was a delightful surprise, providing plenty of room for our team of helpers to organize and prep for the wedding, ensuring that everything was in perfect order. We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of supplies available in the vacation home. From kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities, everything we needed was already provided. NEVER EVER AGAIN! WASTE OF ALMOST 5 GRAND

Property was extremely hard to find. Door dash and instacart drivers could not find the property, neither could my guests. Property was infested with bees, leaving 2 of my guests with stings. The grass on the property was high enough to hide in, making it extremely unsightly. The picture of the shed online is nothing like the in-person view of it. The shed is not accessible to guests, seeing that it is actually packed with stuff on the inside and Even has a TRUCK parked inside! Upon arrival, we could not locate the lockbox. In fact, we NEVER located it, we just found an unlocked door and was able to enter. The hot tub was Disgusting!! The water was nasty and even had an odor!! Upon check out, we were given a list. We made sure to follow the instructions to the T but was still charged for sticky floors. Cleaning requirements never said to clean the floors. The floors were not scratched and even swept. We did not see a broom but the floors only had a few sticky spots. I believe that, even though we had already paid about 5 GRAND fir the Stat, the owner still wanted more out of us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good property needs some upgrades

Me and a few friends do an in state getaway every year and chose those location. It fit all of us and was a nice stay. I gave it 4 reviews as there were some things that could have been better or added to the property. The owner does send an address and directions once you get closer however neither of the 2 groups were able to find it at all. Depending what way you come it just doesn't work to find it easily. There are also 0 street lights so if you are coming back to the property late at night it is so easy to miss the street going up to the house, it's kind of dangerous with 0 street lights. We wish there were more TVs. Only the master and family room downstairs had one. The 2 rooms upstairs aside from the main room, the beds themselves were very uncomfortable and springy. Also some rooms do not have curtains so if you're trying to sleep in a little bit, that is just not an option. We also had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes upon arrival so had to clean those when we were leaving and it didn't fit all the dishes we dirtied, the ice maker appears to be broken so you have to get from inside the fridge and the washer for clothes, the lid is broken. Aside from these things we had a nice stay and these things can easily be fixed for so others to have a great time.

Perfect home for large group

We came to the area for our daughter's wedding at Younger Ranch. This house was so great! The house was laid out perfectly and plenty of room for everyone! Everyone was raving about how wonderful it was! The beds are all king size (so no arguing over the bedrooms) which is a first in all our times renting homes which was so nice!! The beds were also very comfortable! The house is well stocked and kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again! Thanks Diana for being so wonderful to work with!!!

Golden Birthday Weekend

I planned my 24th birthday here and it was a fantastic weekend! I was able to have people spend the night, and it was close enough for my friends to come and stop by if they couldn't stay the night! The party barn was not used that much since there were tools and such we didn't want to move, but the house was big enough that it was okay! My only recommendation is to bring some pots and pans as those were limited there. The owners were quick to respond like when we needed propane and I left some clothes there and they let me know so I could come pick them up, and they even offered to mail them. Spring Break

Beautiful property, we appreciated the comfortable king size beds and plenty of room for our family of adults, kids and grandkids. As we arrived, we were met by the owners and given a tour of the home, so nice to meet them, and they are so friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay at all. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the foosball table, the party barn had a ping pong table that saw some use as well. Great location, not far to restaurants and shopping but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking and the kids could run and play outside without bothering the neighbors. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Responsive, Friendly Host; Comfy, Spacious Home

The property was great, the house was well stocked and clean, and the hosts were phenomenal. A few items in the house were not operable, but the host responded very quickly to rectify the situation. We didn't end up using the new hot tub because we were so busy, but it looked inviting and they had plenty of towels for our party of 9. All the beds were amazing and comfortable. The host was very helpful as we were leaving calling in a snow plow to remove a snow berm so we could safely leave the property.

We loved staying at this property with a group of our friends for New Years!

This house is a great entertaining home and great for a large group, the foosball table and hot tub were also a huge hit. If you’re looking for a place for a group of people, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Location, Location, Location. Close to Colorado Springs, Monument and Denver this home is close to all three cities. Peaceful home on acreage shared with horses allows one to feel like they are away from it all.

We are located away from the bustle of the city under the stars in the peaceful country. We are located not far from Younger Ranch where many of our guests get married.
