Pool Home on Saltwater Canal Accommodating 10
Unique opportunity to rent this gorgeous, pool home overlooking the saltwater canal. The home has accommodations for up to 10. Two homes in one connected by a common interior sitting area. Beautifully decorated and equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. With 7 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, multiple families can vacation together without feeling cramped. Dock with davits is found at the rear and can accommodate your vessel. This makes for a convenient day on the water.
The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.
This is a quiet neighborhood with canals that lead through the lock system and outwards to Charlotte Harbor. Due to the lock system there are no tidal changes. So bring your own boat and store in the water at the private dock on premise. Options provided to rent a boat for a day or the duration of your stay from local rental source. Information provided upon a confirmed reservation. 10 minute drive to Cape Haze and 15 minutes to Manasota Key Beaches. Unique dining and shopping experiences close at hand.
We welcome the guests to use all areas of the home. However the garage is locked to accommodate the owner's personal belongings. Two driveways so there is ample space for off street parking. Please do not use the top balcony, as your safety is our top priority. Please do not swim in the canal as gators are present. The spa does not have a jet function and does not heat separately from the pool.
Spacious home with 5672 sq ft of living space. A place designed for rest and relaxation. Two fully functional kitchens, two dining areas and two living areas. Poker table for the sharks in the crowd. The pool area is open with plenty of room to sun bathe and plenty of room in the shade. Fire up the BBQ, inflate the rafts and start making memories. This saltwater pool home can be heated in the cooler months. Pool overlooks the canal where nature is alive and well. Throw out the pole or bring the boat for a great trip out to the Gulf of Mexico or Charlotte Harbor. Plenty of options right at hand. Located in the South Gulf Cove which is surrounded by navigational waterways. An angler's delight. Pool can be heated for your stay $25 per night fee. Available during cooler months of the year. POOL HEAT MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED START TIME.
There is no public transportation system so having a vehicle is recommended.
This home has 2 driveways to accommodate vehicles. Please no parking on the shoulder of the street, in the grass or across the street in the empty lot as there are neighbors. Uber works great for an evening out.
The home will be cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will try to accommodate early check in requests, but our goal is to provide a top notch environment. The home will accessible on your arrival via a lockbox placed on the entry door. The code is provided to you on your day of arrival via email or text. Local information will be provided once reservation is confirmed and a personal email address is provided. There is a Welcome guide full of information about the home and surrounding areas. We kindly ask that noise levels are kept low after 10pm and before 8 am, as there are working neighbors. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with these matters. Home thermostats are in locked mode with heat set at 70 and air conditioner at 75. No alterations can be made to the system. Pool and garden tub jets have been disabled.
Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:
$100 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location
9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
*Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes.
** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days.
*** Please sign both pages. We require that the signature is of the party that made the reservation. If not signed by that person, the return cannot be provided.
