Welcome to our home away from home. The home is located on Highlands Reserve golf course subdivision where you can play golf, cycle, take a leisurely stroll or visit the many local attractions. The subdivision also has tennis courts, children’s playground and a community pool. This luxury home provides spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodations with a game room, free WiFi and its own private screened south facing swimming pool. The home benefits from a sunny patio and pool until sunset for dining, relaxation, and sunbathing. Convenient access is by code and our Property Management company is readily available for added assurance.
Highlands Reserve is convenient for access to all major highways and is situated 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort entrance. It is also conveniently located to other attractions such as Seaworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, farmer’s markets and other popular attractions. Numerous restaurants and shops on Highways 27 and 192 are only a short drive away from Highlands Reserve.
The home has spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings and is approximately 1,600 square feet. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans and has tile flooring throughout. The home has an ample supply of towels & linens and is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, silverware and dinnerware as well as bar seating for two for informal dining. Keurig coffee maker is also available for use.
There are two living areas plus a tastefully decorated formal dining area. One of the living areas includes a 55” Flat screen TV with standard cable and unlimited WiFi . The king and queens bedrooms both have Roku streaming sticks.
The king master suite has a flat screen 50” TV with an ensuite bathroom. The large master bathroom has granite counters, twin vanities, shower stall, soaker tub and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 40” flat screen TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds with neutral tones. The main washroom has granite counters, tub/shower combo and toilet.

Toiletries are provided in the washrooms. You will be started with: 1 large white kitchen garbage bags; 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen; 1 roll of toilet paper for each washroom; 2 dishwasher tabs; and, a bottle of dish detergent. All linens, cotton towels, and pool towels are provided for your use.
**Pool Heat is available and is $33.00 / per day - 5 day minimum and must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary. Please inquire in advance prior to booking.

• Maximum Overnight Guests: 6 (max of 4 adults).
• No pets allowed (violation results in automatic forfeiture of damage deposit and/or eviction).
• No parties/events allowed (violation results in automatic forfeiture of damage deposit and/or eviction).
• No smoking allowed. No garage smoking allowed either (violation results in automatic forfeit of damage deposit).
• When A/C is on please keep all doors and windows closed to prevent the unit from icing up. Call outs for A/C servicing due to open doors/windows will be at the cost of the renter.
• Security screens must be used around the pool by Florida Law to prevent access to the pool by unaccompanied children. Please obey posted pool rules including no diving.
• No grilling allowed (violation results in automatic forfeit of damage deposit).
• Please be cognizant of noise levels as many of our neighbors are residents of the community.
• Usage of electricity for an extended period of time for Electric Vehicles may incur an additional fee. Please inquiry prior to booking.
