Our property offers spectacular views of our own White Birch Vineyards and Skaneateles Lake, known worldwide for its unspoiled beauty. In addition to vineyard and lake views, our guest rooms overlook Hobbit Hollow Farm's beautiful barn and horse stables. Once offered exclusively in conjunction with our sister property Hobbit Hollow - we now welcome all guests to enjoy our little slice of heaven.

Spend a leisurely day touring nearby wineries, as well as many other local distilleries and breweries. Avid or recreational hikers will find a wide range of hiking trail systems only a short drive away, including local state forest trails, Ithaca’s amazing gorges and Letchworth State Park – the Grand Canyon of the East. Or perhaps you want to experience the spectacular annual fall foliage or downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing when the beautiful Central New York landscape is laden with snow.
