This property was built in the 60's by my Grandparents for the entire family to enjoy, the navigable lake featuring amazing sunsets. In this spirit I maintain the energy and tranquility of this gem while preserving its charm with continued, subtle updates. Bring your Pups with you. The property is spacious so park your boat and or RV. This is a 4bed 2 bath, 2 washer dryer home with separate and private entrances for two units of 2 bed 1 bath and washer dryer. Each side 1100 sq feet. The listing is for one unit.

Peaceful, beautiful lake house.

Nice lake house, very peaceful gem in Windermere, very accommodating host. Super dog friendly. Will definitely use location in the future.

Casey is amazing. He was wonderful helping us with our pets when we could take them with us. love the view of the lake. Its a perfect cottage atmosphere. Just like what i grew ip with. The place brought so many memories. We wil be back definitely

Adequate - not luxurious.

The price is the bargain. Pet friendly -- absolutely! And that was critical for us. The property is clean, although in need of an update (interior appointments, furnishings, parking). A light at the driveway would be helpful for finding it at night, on a very busy road. Location is ideal for accessibility to local attractions. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Pre-date communications were timely and complete. Overall, as long as you are not seeking a 5 Star resort, and all you need is a place to stay with a full kitchen, we would endorse this property.

Casey’s Place

We had a great experience at Casey’s place. Casey was very welcoming and responsive. The house is close to Orange County National Golf Resort and to some excellent restaurants and Publix. The house is cozy, rustic and charming. We’d happily return.

Beautiful sunsets by the lake.

My brother and I had a pleasant time here.. Casey is a great host and cool guy and was attentive to our needs when they arose. This property is in a prime location near Disney and other parks. It was peaceful here. We also took a few sunset pictures by the lake. Lots of room on the property to walk your dog. I would recommend.

Orlando Duplex

1960ish block house. Comfortably decorated. Great location/neiborhood. On a beautiful non-swimming lake with birds and a few boaters. Busy road, but well hedged and noise not a problem. Very friendly landlord in other side of duplex. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Loved everything. The view of the lake is beautiful. Disney 1.5 miles. Keep in mind the water for the house is well water, which I grew up with. Can have a little smell if you’re not use to it. Great TV and the master bed was a sleep number so I slept so sound.

Casey was very kind and welcomed us with a great attitude.

Although a short stay, I was glad to be in a Good area and local to some tasty eats. The property is a short 25min drive to Universal Studios or Disney.

I am a recent Covid retiree who likes dogs and the water. Your fur family is more than welcome to stay. I have many hobbies that I am unable to afford yet I am blessed with this beautiful place and a few good friends.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Originally this was my grandparents home located at the end of a dirt road before the mouse moved in next door. They did not hire contractors or a builder. I have always known this place and learned to fix everything at an early age. It was always a destination point for a cousin or distant family member. As a child, I spent more time fishing and skiing with Grandad than living with my parents. The area is remarkable with its growth curve. What is of most importance to me is the lifesytle the location affords. It is difficult to find enough money to replace it. My home is a little piece of Florida heaven that is seldom found in this busy tourist town. Please feel free to join me.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sunsets, space, privacy, major attraction, shopping... and if you are semi professional slalom skier..... I can connect you with expert instructors who can take you to the next line length and speed. Otherwise watch the sunsets maybe catch a fish but be advised that Bill Hawkthorn will be watching you and he is a fish stealing overgrown pidgeon.
