We had a wonderful stay in Jensen Beach. The host, Charles, was great and very accommodating. Whenever we had a question, he responded quickly which made everything easy and stress-free.The house was spotless when wee arrived, and we really enjoyed the nice backyard. The location is also perfect - centrally located and convenient to everything.We would definitely stay here again!!!

Cozy and Well Equipped

This house was great! The cleanest vacation rental we've stayed at, also with the best equipped kitchen! Nicely updated and roomy for a family trip. Will happily stay here again in the future!

The property is neat and clean. Everything is provided with plenty of linens, towels and games and puzzles. Excellent WIFi and cable. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Fantastic Vacation

Came down for a vacation and sailing. The home was great! Clean, lots of amenities, kitchen had every gadget imaginable! Soft beds, lots of room, we didn't feel like we were on top of the kids. Close to everything, 10 minutes and my feet were in the sand! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This older home has been remodeled perfectly. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses and this one definitely ranks in the top one percent. I would not hesitate to stay there again.🏆

Updated home with all the modern conveniences!

A modernized, pleasant property with all the modern conveniences and more. Kitchen appliances, galore, bright, and airy. Our property manager, Charles could not have been more accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Four minutes to town and seven minutes to the beach, what more can you ask?

SO Family Friendly!

Stayed 5 days. This vrbo is the cleanest, well stocked, upgraded appliances, and just like home property we have ever stayed at. Charles answered every text within minutes and gave immediate answers. I have already told him we will be back next year. I HIGHLY recommend a visit there for anyone. Karen

Comfortable and clean home close to everything

We stayed at this property over the Christmas break and the host Charles went above and beyond to make our stay special! The property is tastefully updated and has a very well equipped kitchen with every cooking gadget we could think of! The house is comfortable and was large enough for our group of 6. It is very centrally located with grocery stores, shopping, dining and the beach only minutes away. Privacy is sometimes an issue with a corner lot, but efforts have been made with privacy screening installed and vegetation planted along the fence line. The sun shade was an added bonus and we enjoyed the back patio immensely! All in all this was one of our best VRBO rentals to date - we loved this house and we will be back! Thanks you for everything Charles!

As they say, you get what you pay for! This was an inexpensive place to rent and I we got our money's worth. Had almost everything we needed and owner was very accommodating and nice. Missing screened in porch and master bed needs upgrading mattress, otherwise more than met our needs.

Lovely

We had a great holiday here reconnecting with family. The house is as advertised and the property owner responsive to minor issues in a timely fashion. The home is well equipped and we only needed a few essentials easily obtained from the grocery. Location allows for easy access to the beach, the wonderful town of Jensen beach and all local shopping. Would absolutely stay here again.

All that Glitters is not Gold

Located in a decidedly worn-out neighborhood that has no "beachy" feel but plenty of barking dogs, this house was a disappointment. Although clean, pleasantly decorated, and photogenic, the house is not fully renovated, as evidenced by the second bathroom in which the shower knob was very old and did not function properly. We could not get hot water in the second bathroom and my son had to use my shower during our week-long stay. The owner finally answered my message after two days and gave me directions on how to turn the knob. Clearly, he was aware of the issue since he expressed no surprise. When I requested a partial refund, he accused me of lying and refused. Nonetheless, he admitted that "the knob in the second bathroom is stiff, but hot water does come out after a few minutes." We never got past tepid. If you wish to pay for the privilege of standing in your skivvies for several minutes waiting for barely warm water, this is the place for you. Alternatively, you could go to a comparable motel on Route 1 where the shower knobs work, hot water comes out in seconds, and the owner does not project his own unscrupulous tendencies on you.

Great location/price

We had a wonderful family vacation. Everything we needed was provided, less a few things which we were able to purchase close by! Place was clean and just as the pictures reflected.
