Private Ridge-Top Escape with Jetted Tub

High along a private wooded ridge, Blushing Ridge is a secluded studio retreat for two with elevated views across the trees toward Lake Eufaula. A dramatic wall of glass brings the scenery into the cabin, creating a memorable setting for anniversaries, romantic weekends and quiet time together.

The open studio features a plush queen bed, indoor jetted tub, fireplace, full bathroom and convenient kitchenette. Step outside onto the private furnished deck for morning coffee, sunset drinks or dinner prepared on the propane grill. A private outdoor fire pit offers another cozy place to unwind beneath the stars.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin, deck, grill and fire pit. Shared amenities across the gated 12.5-acre Calico Heights property include a designated hiking trail, horseshoe pit, picnic area, swings, storm shelter and guest supply building.

Reaching this secluded perch requires an approximately 100-foot uphill pathway and 22 steps. Parking for one vehicle is located below the cabin near the access path. Additional vehicle and boat parking is available elsewhere on the property. Blushing Ridge may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The property overlooks Lake Eufaula but does not provide direct shoreline access. Restaurants, shopping and lake recreation near Longtown and Eufaula are a short drive away. Be sure to visit Dobbers Roadhouse, a well-known local favorite owned by your Calico Heights hosts.

Walmart delivery and Uber Eats are available in the area, although availability and delivery times may vary. Up to two pets are welcome for $50 per pet. Ask about our celebration packages for anniversaries, birthdays and other special escapes.
SMOKING

Blushing Ridge is a smoke-free cabin. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors and on the deck. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.

PETS

Up to two pets are welcome for $50 per pet for the entire stay. Every pet must be included on the reservation. Undisclosed pets will result in a $75 fee per pet.

Keep pets leashed outdoors and in shared areas. Pets must remain off the furniture, bed, linens and jetted tub. Pet beds are welcome. Clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. Do not leave pets unattended for extended periods unless safely kenneled. Excessive barking is not permitted.

Excessive pet hair, damage or failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges.

OCCUPANCY

Blushing Ridge accommodates a maximum of two guests. Additional guests require advance approval and payment of any applicable fee. Unapproved guests may result in additional charges or cancellation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in and checkout times are listed with your reservation. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval. A $50 fee may be charged for arriving early or departing late without approval.

LINENS

Please use the provided makeup towels and white cloths with products that could stain or bleach linens. Replacement charges may apply when stains or bleaching cannot be removed:

DAMAGE

Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges, even when accidental. Please notify us promptly if anything is broken or damaged.
