What views you ask? Since HARMONY is on the TOP FLOOR, you can see the Gulf of Mexico, the mangroves of Delnor-Wiggins State Park plus the Natural Estuary all the way to Barefoot Beach and beyond. Turkey Bay surrounds the peninsula where dolphins come to fish and you can enjoy watching boaters, paddleboarders and kayakers as you relax on the lanai. The marina is just across the parking lot as well. HARMONY is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise then afternoon cocktails at sunset on lanai overlooking all this beautiful area. 😍

This amazing location within Vanderbilt Towers 3 is a gated community with a secure building that is walking distance from both beaches. Enjoy the recently renovated heated pool with plenty of seating, social room, grills and kayak launching are great amenities that are offered. WATER IS EVERYWHERE but let me tell you about this amazing one bedroom “home away from home.”

✔ A full-size kitchen is equipped with all kitchenware/cookware you would need and can provide a list so you can plan accordingly. There is everything to prepare waffles to a gourmet meal.

✔ The gorgeous master bedroom has a new high quality foam King mattress with luxurious bedding, 55-inch Smart TV and an Amazon Echo to play relaxing music to help you drift away in HARMONY. Black out curtains!

✔ There is a desk if you need to log back into reality with our free high-speed internet. We even provide a WiFi printer for your convenience.

✔ The bright large bathroom has double sinks and walk-in shower with frameless glass door. Fluffy towels and started amenities to help start your day. Adjacent is a custom designed walk-in closet with plenty of space for storage. Yep…Lots of hangers too.

✔ Private storage closet is located right across the interior hallway. You will find beach cart, chairs, umbrella, tent, cooler and beach towels. Ready to exercise or explore the area? Try out the 2 Raleigh adult bikes with helmets on endless bike paths that are stored here too.

There is so much you can do within minutes from HARMONY. You can walk a few blocks to the famous Turtle Club Restaurant, dine at Baleens located at the La Playa or for more casual fare, Buzz’s Lighthouse restaurant is our favorite.🍽

🛍Let’s go shopping! You will find shopping at some of the finest boutiques and dining at top notch restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive. We found each other anew and after 53 years of marriage that is something special. I'm not sure we could have accomplished that anywhere else then at Harmony.

Very nice condo

I was concerned that there wasn’t a laundry room in the condo, but it was never a problem. The washer and dryer was available anytime I wanted to use it. The location for walking was great and it was the cleanest rental we have ever rented.

Fabulous Penthouse

A truly amazing experience staying in a beautiful well-appointed condo. The unit had every imaginable necessity. The kitchen had all the tools to be a gourmet chef, a comfy living area to relax with a big screen TV, a bedroom fit for a King & Queens with designer linens and the bathroom with plush towels and all the necessary toiletries. If your adventurous there are bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, beach totes, beach buggy and super large beach towels. By the way the pool is right out the front door of Bluebill 5 and the beach a 4-minute walk. When it was time for a break the lanai which over-looked the bay and boats was the best we ever encountered. There was a high-top table and chairs, club chairs that rocked and a chase lunge. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of candlelit dinners watching the sun set. I saved the best for last and that is Amy. She was very accommodating, stayed in touch, easy to communicate with, and most of all truly welcoming. I can honestly say I miss Harmony being back home. Can’t wait to go back. It’s was a 5 STAR Plus experience.

Awesome condo!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo! The unit is nicely decorated, the bed and pillows are comfortable with nice linens, plush towels in the bath and the kitchen is well-appointed with every kitchen gadget we needed. It’s easy to spend hours on the lanai enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico and Turkey Bay. There are bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella, beach cooler with ice packs, and a beach wagon to transport everything to the beach. Amy was great to work with. She made us feel welcome and was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay at Harmony again in the future! Truly a five star experience.

We have traveled to Naples several times in the past 10 years as many of our friends decided to purchase vacation properties in this lovely area. In early 2021, we decided to join them and purchased Harmony and we are just thrilled to share this gem with you. We currently out of state most of the year as we still have children attending college but our goal is to retire here sooner than later! Don't worry...we're not new to VRBO properties. Not only have we helped manage properties, we have been in the hospitality industry for many years and take pride in the level of attention to cleanliness and organization. We know what renters love and expect from the product AND customer service.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

What is not to love about Vanderbilt Beach and how close we are to so many wonderful restaurants and shopping. This is the idea location for us to walk, bike and explore the area. Our condo is new and fresh with beautiful water views. We were lucky enough to purchase on the top floor to enjoy the view, breeze and salt air! And the residents here? Amazing and so friendly.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love watching and hearing the wildlife that comes from the Natural Estuary and dolphins in the bay. Watching the boats from the marina heading out to the bay is one of our favorites too. Oh...and then there are the sugar sand beaches just 4 mins away! Condo benefits? Location, professionally decorated & furnished and hope we thought of every need you would have for a 5 star experience in HARMONY!
