As you enter the room you'll have a kitchenette equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and granite counter tops. The guestroom is beautifully decorated with two queen size beds, loveseat, and the dining area. This room also comes with 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, as well as free wireless internet.

Great stay

Great location and stay. This room is located in the Palms tower and the indoor pools/slides were nice. The other tower the indoor pools/slides are currently shut down for renovations.

This oceanfront studio condo was clean, has a great view and was adequate for our needs. The complex itself is showing its age, but the pools and water features are nice.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. This is a great place for families with children. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of our room. Everyone working was very kind and nice. Great location.

Our 9 year old was happy to see slides. It was cold during our stay, but we used the warm outdoor pool the most. The room was perfect for what we needed and the view of the ocean was awesome.

Toddler Heaven w/beautiful ocean views

This was our second time staying here. We decided to get a single bedroom suite this time which worked out great. The little kitchenette is so handy with the toddlers. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The kids really loved the lazy River and fun activities scheduled daily by staff. We will be back again!

Enjoyable family vacation

The property is in a great location, only 5 minutes from Broadway on the Beach. The unit was pretty clean, but we did see a very large cockroach in the room. Maintenence sprayed and we found it dead later. Great stay overall. overall

Would come again with family

No fault to the property owner, My partner and I were supposed to stay here, unfortunately due to the recent hurricane, the power was out when we arrived so we were unable to continue our stay. **HOWEVER, our room was how was pictured and the resort matched the online pictures. This would be a great place to stay if you have children. There are many things to do and the location is close to many restaurants, gas stations, and close to the airport. I would gladly stay here in the future**

Great Family Resort!

This resort has everything to keep your kids busy! The unit is efficient, 2 Queen beds, both very comfortable and a small kitchen perfect perfect for a short stay! The resort staff were amazing and very accommodating! We will definitely bring the family back.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay. The only inconvenience was having to walk down the sidewalk and through the public parking lot to get our cart with all of our belongings out on the beach. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Fun for kids

Location is amazing. Tons of things for kids to do but the resort doesn't have anyone enforce rules at pool so kids are running loose out of control. The room was clean but dated. Bathroom needs an update. No water pressure.

Great place to stay with kids

I stayed here with my kids(5,9,11) and it was great. We only left the property a few times to go eat. We had a great time at the pools and it was really nice being able to walk right from the resort to the beach.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Dunes Village. We were on the 6th floor and had a beautiful view. The water parks kept the kids busy and happy. All of the staff were great. Only thing different with the listing is that our second queen bed was a Murphy bed facing the opposite way to the TV. This was something we were able to work around so it didn't bother us. We will definitely be back!

Great property

Dunes Village Resort is one of my favorite places to stay. Its clean, close to many activities and the beach is pretty open most of the time. What I love is the noise level is within what I call limits in a resort setting. Highly recommend!
