The space
90m2 2 bedroom apartment, with a private entrance, is located in best part of Old Town. Apartment has 2 bathrooms with a shower. One of the bathrooms also has a sauna. The space is very bright with large windows towards yard. One of the bedrooms has queen size 160 cm bed. Other bedroom features 3 singe beds of 90 cm size.
The living room has a dining area. There is a sofa bed for 2 additional sleeping places. Kitchen is in separated room.

Guest access
The whole apartment is in your disposal. If there is a need for parking please contact us. There is also possibility for luggage gold in our near by office.

Other things to note
-A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 24 hours after check-out if there are no damages.

Out of respect to the house rules, please note the following:

Unfortunately, no reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.

Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00.

Smoking and having pets in the apartment are not allowed. Social gatherings after day time are not allowed. If the house rules are violated, then we have the right to request that you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 50 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying. Key information will be provided 5 days before your arrival. If keys are not returned, we have the right to fine you 40 euros per key set.
