BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _1 Parking Pass___ Is included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Nice location, great view, cleanliness was lacking RE shower curtain had black mold on the bottom, coffee table had crumbs on it, one of the living room end tables had drink rings on it, the dining room platters had food remnants on them. Had to call maintenance twice for front door entry malfunctions and once for flickering bedroom light and button lights on headboard needed new batteries. TV controls difficult to figure out. Near the end of our stay, the volume button did not work at all. A flashlight would have been nice in case of severe storms.

November - stay 4 nights

The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Unit was perfect size for my husband and me. We stayed 4 nights and there were only 2 bath towels and 2 wash rags so if you want more than one clean towel you will need to bring detergent and wash. Wish the information listed gave more details of things like where to dump your trash before you check out. We finally found it on our own after searching around the building. Overall, we would stay there again.

We had a great time! Condo was very convenient to restaurants and shops We could leave the room and be sitting in our beach chairs in just a couple of minutes. Would stay here again!

This was a goid choice for us.

Kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Floors had some spots with cracks and gaps that need repaired but otherwise really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good choice.

Everything we could ask for.

This property was everything we could ask for. Very cute and cozy. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was the perfect size for two of us and the water pressure was awesome! The view out the balcony of the gulf and beaches was priceless and being just steps from the sand was perfect. The location is perfect and easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. You are provided a starter kit for dishwasher, laundry and bathroom but if staying longer than the weekend, be prepared to bring or purchase extras. Another reminder is to bring or buy beach towels. These are not provided. We did not use the pool or grill area but witnessed many people enjoying them. We also appreciated the covered parking spot which helped to keep our car a bit cooler and easy to park. Guests and beach chair attendants were so friendly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us.

We rarely used half-bath because the toilet “rocks” (unstable) on the floor. With only two of us, not a major issue. Toilet paper holders in both bathrooms somewhat loose - they will eventually pull loose from wall. Towel rod in half-bath also loose. None of the four burners on the kitchen range are level, from either bent or missing metal support pieces under each burner. No hot pads to sit hot dishes on at kitchen counter and/or table. No dish drainer for handwashing dishes. We rented directly from an individual owner for several years and probably got spoiled by their treatment of the unit as their “property” and not as a “rental” Lacking a pitcher for our brewed sun tea. Furniture is nice and comfy.

Great View!

My family and I enjoyed this condo and it's beautiful view. The property was exactly as described. Had a slight issue upon arrival trying to get the door to lock. Once that was sorted out (dead batteries in the electronic lock), we had a wonderful stay... no complaints!

Gulf Shores Beach Vacay

This was a great condo to stay in! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the master bedroom was comfortable and stayed dark for those that desire to sleep in. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and any condiments/spices/coffee you need, I'm used to having a few things like these provided and our first morning was a little rough before I could get to the store. Otherwise, an amazing trip.

Improvement needed with problem solving

We had a wonderful experience up to Wednesday. We came in from the beach about mid-day and there was construction going on in the unit directly above us. Sounded like a big drill. We couldn’t even hear each other talk. We called every number we had to get some help but the complaint was passed off to it being someone else’s problem. Since the unit is privately owned, if the owner is doing the work no one, apparently, can say or do anything. So we were stuck with a deafening noise or leave early, which we did. We were also told we wouldn’t get any type of refund on our last night stay because, well, it wasn’t their fault. Well, it certainly wasn’t our fault either, but we were stuck with the problem and the managers of the unit can’t help with the problem at all or offer us any compensation for our trouble. We loved the place but would be reluctant to stay again because if you, as the paying guest, have a problem you are probably just SOL.

Great location! Super clean!

This is ALMOST the perfect property to rent. Excellent location. Very clean. Communication with property management easy and prompt. The view is amazing. Covered parking spot is fantastic and convenient. The ONLY frustration we encountered was that the listing states it sleeps 6 (counting the hide-a-bed as accommodating 2 people). We have stayed many places utilizing the hide-a-bed and have low expectations as it’s usually not very comfortable but that’s no fault of the owners, it is what it is. However, the hide-a-bed mattress is SO slanted that 1/3 of the sleeping area is at such a sharp slope that it renders it useless. One person can possibly sleep diagonally to avoid sliding down (which we tried lol). It’s unfortunate because we had intended to use the main bed and hide-a-bed as our sleeping arrangements being it was 2 adults on this trip. We had to get creative as we didn’t want to share the main bed and the bunk beds are the only other option (which for an adult is not very easy to get in or out of lol). We have a trip planned to this same location in June and I wished I’d have read the reviews a little more carefully before we booked as the hide-a-bed situation was brought up recently by another guest. Looking forward to returning in June but we have THREE adults and one child this trip and am considering bringing a camping cot or air mattress to make this work. I just feel the listing should not include use of the hide-a-bed as that would have been a deal-breaker for us if we had known we could not use it.

Loved this co do! Perfect for a family of 4

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and up to date on decor and appliances! The view from the balcony was amazing and the elevator worked great and was very fast which is a plus when you’re on the 7th floor! On our second day our door would not open even with our code so I called management and they were very nice and helpful. They had maintenance there in 30 minutes to replace the key pad battery which had went out. Also the pull out couch bed was sunk in on one side so my teen ended up not being able to sleep on it but it didn’t inconvenience us bc there are 2 bunk beds in the hall so he slept just fine in one of them. It was very quiet outside and the bed is super comfortable so we slept just fine! Oh and there are smart tvs in the living room and bedroom which we loved! Overall the place, view, service is perfect and will probably try to stay here again next year if we come back to Gulf Shores!

Fabulous visit

We absolutely loved being on the beach so we could go down the elevator and out onto the sand immediately. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo had every thing we needed in sleep arrangements and kitchen and one and a half bathrooms, was great for us!
