THE VIEW
E311 - Fanta-Sea is a 3rd and 4th-floor penthouse condo that sits on the top level of the E high-rise building, only one unit from the Oceanfront. As a result, this unit boasts beautiful lofted views of the ocean, beach, and harbor and It is a very short path to the beach. Not to mention, you have TWO ocean-view balconies to enjoy.

The crown jewel of E311 - Fanta-Sea is the upper deck balcony. Take in the stellar ocean and harbor views from above as you lounge on outdoor sofa sectionals or dine at the large patio table. Basically functioning like another living room space, you can make yourself at home listening to the waves and never want to leave. The main floor balcony is also a delight with similar ocean and harbor views.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering the condo you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new wood-like ceramic tile flooring and backsplash, and cabinets fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. Seat 6 very comfortably at the large dining room table.

LIVING AREAS
Continuing to the living room, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on either the large comfortable custom-made sofa, two swivel barrel chairs, or a Stressless swivel recliner. All are perfect for you to snuggle up with a good book or watch a movie or show on the large 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV which you can use to log in to Netflix, Hulu, etc to stay up on your favorite shows. Free Wi-Fi, and Cable with 250+ channels are also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. All furniture, carpet, and tile flooring is brand new (January 2023) throughout the condo.

The condo has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. Both Bathrooms are fully remodeled including dual sinks and vanities and each with new walk-in showers and wood-look ceramic tile floors

SLEEPING
E311 comfortably sleeps the condo's max capacity of 6 and there are ample sleeping configurations provided throughout the condo to accommodate a variety of group dynamics. The main level bedroom has two Full-size beds, a computer desk with a chair, and a 55-inch television. The bedroom upstairs serves as the Primary suite and features a California King-Sized Bed and all-new furniture including two Stressless brand recliners and a 55-inch television. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a top-of-the-line Queen sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
E311 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
