Welcome to our beautifully appointed spacious and modern trailside ski-out luxury home that offers you and your guests the ultimate Deer Valley, Park City experience. There is no cleaning fee because we are also tired of all the extra fees when we travel.

Our home is located on a private Deer Valley groomed beginner trail that allows you to ski, (bike or hike in the summer) out our front door and directly down to Deer Valley's main base lodge and lifts. To ski back to our home a private Deer Valley trail drops you off less than 200 yds from our community ( 2.5 minute walk). This spacious and beautiful home is perfect for large families or multiple families traveling together.

What really sets our trailside ski-home apart are the multiple separate social gathering spaces in our home that enable families & friends to spread out. Adults can gather and socialize in the Great Room w/ a large TV, while small kids can be in the den watching a movie on the big screen TV and older kids can hang out it the 3rd level loft and play Skee-Ball & Ms. Pac-Man. Our home has three bedrooms, a den with a pullout couch, a loft with a daybed, a Chefs Kitchen, 2.5 baths, and two decks, including a private 6-person jacuzzi on the lower deck.

The home features endless sleeping options! Each of the three bedrooms feature brand new king or queen beds with new Leesa & Helix Hybrid mattresses and premium Brooklinen beddings. The third bedroom includes a custom-built King bunk bed with a Helix King Hybrid mattress on the bottom (great for an adult couple) and two partitioned Twin beds on top which is great for kids, so everyone gets the "good" room. The loft features a new day bed w/ trundle and the den feature new pullout sofa bed with a curtain to add some privacy.

On nights you choose not to go to all the incredible restaurants 5 minutes away on Main St in Park City, guests can enjoy a true Chef's Kitchen, fully stocked with all the culinary tools you need to perfectly prepare everything from a 7-course gourmet meal to a 7-alarm chili.


The 2.5 bathrooms are also newly renovated, featuring modern granite countertops and new cabinets.

With ski-out access to Deer Valley's lifts, you can ski down a private green level trail directly to Deer Valley's, Silver Dollar Trail to the main lodge and lifts. For those in your group who are just learning to ski they can drive 1 minute to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge.

After a day on the slopes, soak in the private 6-person hot tub, relax in the Great Room in front of the roaring gas fireplace, or enjoy a movie in the Den. The house also includes free parking and is just a five-minute drive from downtown Park City and all the great restaurants and shops.

- 3rd bedroom - Custom built King Bunk Bed with King Mattress on the bottom & Two Separated Twin Beds on Top. We had this made by a local furniture artisan, so that NO adult couple would get a "bad room". It gives guests the flexibility to have up to 4 kids sleep comfortably in the room and it makes the perfect bedroom for an adult couple.

- For Summer Renters Only: Our home does not have AC, but at 8,000 ft it is usually comfortable unless there is a heat wave

***We do not charge a cleaning fee because we are also tired of all the add-on fees when our family travels. We also do not make our guests perform checkout chores!

Skiing Elvis being chased by a bengal tiger on black velvet was not an option, so we went with 6 original art pieces that we love to make our place special.

Security:
We have a doorbell camera that overlooks the outdoor ski locker for security. We only check it when we are expecting packages or want to see the latest snowstorm and DREAM that we are there or if the neighbor tells us that they saw 50 people streaming in for a party (which hasn’t happened). We do not monitor it for # of guests or petty stuff and we promise you won’t see yourself on “America’s Funniest Home Videos” if you belt out Bohemian Rhapsody in the entryway.

Why did we buy this house?
For the last 15 years, I have skied all over the country and Deer Valley was by far our favorite resort. It has super easy access from Salt Lake City International airport to the resort. You can be on the slopes in 45 minutes from the International airport and the snow is some of the best powder in the world! Downtown Park City with its incredible local shopping, restaurants and multitude of other fun activities makes it one of the best ski towns in the world.

We also love it for Spring, Summer & Fall. It's the perfect location for hiking, biking, running, walking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and more. The beautiful mountain trails are right out the front door.  Trails like Mid-mountain that runs from Deer Valley to The Canyons. We are also right in the middle of Deer Valley's chair lift-serviced trails, so you can be zipped up to the top with your mountain bike. The mountain biking center of Deer Valley at Silver Lake Village is a 5-minute walk to rent a bike and get on the lifts. The Tour Des Homes trail is right out the front door. In Park City, there is also fishing, paddle boarding, Zip-lining and so much more. Our complex also has a private Tennis court, a pool & basketball court (in weather permitting seasons).

There is also a full Outlets mall 15 minutes away where you can shop for anything.
