The fire pit is always a favorite with s'more finxins always provided.
This place is very secluded and quiet. There were deer wandering around the property, and it just feels serene. We had a short-lived problem with the TV, and the host responded in a timely manner. It's very clean and nicely decorated, a perfect setup for a cozy getaway.
We were able to score a stay at this lovely property a few weeks ago. It was a quiet location on the Northeast side of Tenkiller. Our party was also able to rent 'The Cranny' (on site) which made evenings back at the cabins more enjoyable and convenient for our two boys running between the two.We suggest brunch at on "The Deck' in Cookston Village. Friendly atmosphere and filling eats that will fuel your day on the waves.
Great communication from homeowners. Simple process to check in and out. Clean, well equipped, and nice place. We would stay here again. Thanks for having us.
The Nook was just what we were looking for! The location made it easy to access multiple locations on Tenkiller Lake with ease. In addition to the great location the host was a great communicator and ensured all of our questions were answered. Creature comforts were provided to include smores, coffee, and a smart TV. Also worthy of honorable mention was the softness of the bathroom towels. We would recommed The Nook to anyone and would be happy to stay again the next chance we get!
Great place to stay. Easy checking with code. Host is on site and available if you need them. The wife and I just needed a quick getaway, the host was very responsive with any questions and left us to ourselves. This place was excellent. The Princess drive in is just a few minutes down the road as well as a DG market. Thank you Jack & Jennifer!!
Cabin was in great condition, clean and smelled good. There were 2 small issues that we discussed with the hosts who corrected them immediately. The cabin is a little close to the main house but the hosts do well letting you have your privacy. Pet friendly and plenty of room for the dogs to potty and roam. Lots of wildlife in the area. Close enough to town that itâs a quick drive for necessities but far enough away that you donât have any traffic or other people. Would stay here again!
My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nook. Check-in was easy, the rental was very clean and very comfortable. Jennifer responded quickly to my text about nearby restaurants. We especially enjoyed the fire pit & sâmores. The assorted coffees, creamers, and snacks were a wonderful bonus! Would definitely stay here again!!
Enjoyed our night in cookson. Room was cozy and clean. Host made sure we had everything we needed and provided plenty of information for the surrounding area. Cant wait to stay again!
We arrived Friday afternoon and left on Sunday morning around 10am. Saturday we spent the day with relatives. The Nook was perfect for being our home away from home for two nights.
Property is really neat and comfy. I loved all the extra little things the host provided. They thought of everything one needed for a short staycation. Beautiful setting and oh so peaceful. Iâd definitely stay again and again.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Nook! And we were so glad that we had an opportunity to meet Jennifer! She is a wealth of information about the area! Look forward to coming back soon
The Nook was immaculate, decorated very cute, comfortable and the host was amazing. I was at the Nook for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The place was exactly as described. Even though this is located in the corner of the host garage, it is very private. There is a privacy fence between you and the host's house. Plenty of open communication with the host but since it had keyless door entry, we never actually met in person. There were many personal touches including a snack basket and cold drinks in the fridge and smore's makings for the fire pit. I would highly recommend you stay at the Nook. .
Very clean. Chemical smell was very strong. I donât know if it was from the garage or from insecticides or cleaners. I wasnât able to sleep without using an inhaler and I felt uncomfortable leaving my pup there inhaling the air when we were out
