There is plenty of parking space and a carport beneath the house to make unloading easy no matter the weather. Enjoy swimming laps or floating around in the 16'x'16' square concrete pool. The backyard area offers plenty of place for yard games and is entirely fenced-in. Enjoy your martini around the outdoor bar that features a Bluetooth-enabled television and then take a relaxing dip in the cozy hot tub. Inside, a large recreation room includes a pool table, a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, and an elevator so it is easy to access all three levels for those who can't use the stairs. A den room with a TV and Sofa Bed is a great hangout for kids. A large Queen Bedroom is located on this floor and has access to the Full Bathroom in the hallway.

The main entrance is up the stairs through the covered porch on the main floor. This level features four of the six bedrooms, all of which are masters. Your family will love choosing between a Queen Bedroom, another Queen Bedroom, a King Bedroom, or a fourth bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk all featuring plenty of space, natural sunlight and attached full bathrooms. A back deck is also accessible for lounging in the Adirondack in the afternoon and since it's covered, you can easily stay out of the direct sunlight. A laundry closet concludes the level.

Upstairs, the great room is the heart of this lovely home. Situated around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, the comfortable furniture is the perfect place for a family movie night. The kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with anything you might need to cook up your favorite meal. When dinner is ready, enjoy a family meal around the dining table or have a quick snack at the kitchen island bar. The final master suite is located on this level and features a cozy King bed, attached full bathroom, and direct deck access. Inside, a half bath in the hall wraps up the top level.
