Completely furnished non-smoking, sleeps 4-6 guests comfortably and includes screened porches, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, gas stove and microwave. A lovely stay in a cute cabin

He had a really nice weekend stay in this very cute cabin. Conveniently close to the beach, the cabin had a wood stove and it was cozy and fun and easy with the full kitchen. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Wonderful spot for an off season rental

Property was clean and tidy. Loved the gas stove - took the morning chill off! Cabin was quiet and well situated on the property. We will definitely be renting here again!

Short and Sweet

Cottage 11 was perfect!! The cottage was clean and the reception was friendly. WiFi passwords and text messages during our stay were appreciated. Plenty of parking, grill items available, great, and loved our morning coffee on the screened in porch ehile looking at the beautiful Wells Beach in the short distance.

Everything you need for a beachcapade !

The experience was just as expected, perfect for our family and friends because we could hangout by the pool during our son’s afternoon naps. The cottage was tidy, well ventilated and the beds were comfortable. We played cards in the veranda porch at the back in the evening. I would recommend these cottages anytime!

Relaxing stay in a coastal cottage

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our two large dogs. Cabin had everything we needed and the location made it easy to take several short trips to beaches, preserves, and hiking trails. This was our second trip and we look forward to coming back!

Cute Cottage Getaway

This property was exactly as listed. While it was on the smaller size it was exactly what we needed for 3 adults. There was even room for a couple more people. We booked this last minute as our hotel canceled on us and Stacey was very quick to respond and let us book. She even let us arrive early to the house. Came with everything you would need for your stay. Bonus was the screened in back porch! Perfect for early morning coffee or late night relaxing without being eaten by the bugs. Do not skip over this place you will enjoy your stay!

Summer get away!

We really enjoyed this property! Best thing it was dog friendly! Very quiet and the other guests were very courteous. We hope to stay here again soon! Stacey was very quick to answer my questions. I forgot bring a sheet to cover the couch and she was quick to lend us one!

quick get away

Stacy was reassuring when the VRBO site was not co-operating for our booking. It was conveniently located, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for relaxing in the nice breezes, (bathroom a bit tight- I hit my head on the sink while sitting on the toilet-whoops don't do that again!). We didn't have time to get in the pool, don't know if it was heated or not but it looked nice enough. Landscaping was going on around the property, good to see. Questions answered and we did not have any unmet needs.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time in this cottage! There were games provided, we loved the screened in porch area, and the best donut place is across the street. There is plenty of grass area for your kids/pets to run around and a firepit for all the cottages to enjoy.

Rest and Relax

Wonderful, clean, comfy cottage with views of the marsh, just a quick drive to Well's Beach to sit and relax or walk in the sand or take a quick dip. Stacey & Chip are wonderful hosts, and the property is beautiful, clean and definitely a great place to stay. We especially loved the screen porch for breakfast and relaxing. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Wells!

Wonderful comfortable great location

The cottages are so lovely and comfortable! They are constantly improving and finding little ways for our stay to be more enjoyable! This is our third stay and we look forward to the next. The owners are friendly and kind and attentive! It is a perfect spot, close to everything—distant marsh and ocean views. Walk to the beach (about 1 mile) restaurants and donuts just across and down the street :) I can’t more highly recommend a stay at New Harbor View. Always feel so at home in all the ways you want a vacation to feel!

Great Weekend Stay in Wells!

Excellent location. Check-in is effortless. I was concerned about not being able to find a manager, but cell was provided and manager was attentive to small issues we wanted to bring to their attention. Cozy, great porch, small dog was allowed and even a gas fireplace provided some cozy warmth on a cold night! Very enjoyable and I highly recommend!

Great location and cozy!

We had a GREAT time at this little cottage. I booked this place so I could bring my dog. It met all my expectations for a dog friendly cottage. Anyone who has pet allergies i wouldn’t recommend here for you since there is definitely pet hair around the cottage. However, it was perfect for my my mom and I to stay in with my dog! We had a great time and we will certainly be back!!

Comfortable cabin

Great location, comfortable, clean. Just what you need to have a family getaway. We appreciated that pets are allowed. Proximity to the beaches and grocery store is close. A short drive to in town entertainment and food. Biking to things is totally doable as well. Thanks so much for a great weekend away!

This cottage was cute, but very dirty!

The walls had more dirt on them than my shed that has not been cleaned in years, the front of the stove and knobs were covered in grease, the fans all had so much dust on them we were afraid to turn them on, the air conditioner was so filthy, we would not turn it on, the bathroom room was not cleaned at all, so we cleaned it before we used it. Everyone’s dogs pooped in our yard and the owners did not pick it up (any sane person that owns a dog knows when it poops you are responsible to pick it up) I spoke to the owner and he commented that he is always picking up dog poop from the dogs that stay there. The table cloth on the screened porch had black mold on it from being left out in the elements. The place it’s self is very cute, but when you stay at this type of establishment it has to be clean, sheets and beds need to be comfortable (which these beds were and the sheets were nice too) and you should not have to worry about dogs poop being left behind for someone to step in. I hope things change it could really be a great place to get away with friends and pets.
