Welcome to Calming Tides 902, your luxury Oceanfront condo at the newly built Aruba Condominiums. From the moment you step inside, you will find yourself in the lap of luxury. We know that while vacationing, just as important as a nice stroll on the beach is a good night rest. All beds at Calming Tides feature only the best mattresses, pillows and down comforters, including Boll & Branch sheets. The spacious 4 bedroom unit also features 3 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a beautiful living area where you can enjoy each other’s company or just stretch out and take a nap with the nice ocean breeze. Amazing!

This location and property was wonderful! We were there for our daughter’s wedding and loved the condo, location, views etc! I cannot recommend it enough to future renters. The attention to detail and amenities were just wonderful!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious beach condo, and we can't say enough good things about it. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the ocean right from the balcony, and walking distance to Crabby Joe's. The condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly well-stocked. The beds were so comfortable, and bathrooms were large and stocked with an abundance of plush towels, toiletries, and robes. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked with spices, quality stainless steel cookware, etc., making our Easter dinner preparations a breeze. The large family style table was perfect for our group. This beach condo will not disappoint!

Spring Break 2025

Our family spring break was wonderful. Staying at Calming tides had everything we needed. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The view of the ocean and beach was breath taking. This Condon was the end unit. So not only did you get the beach front view you also get the side view with all the windows. It also comes with your own space in the garage to park your car. The beach ramp was great for our wagon fulled with all chairs/tent ect. There were many condos/hotels that did not have a ramp they had stairs to the beach. The minute we walked in it felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent! Quiet, safe area, beds so comfortable, hot high pressure water w/balcony over looking ocean. Fully equipped w/all needed. Owners communicate fast easy check in check out. Highly recommend.

Girl's Getaway!!!

Our stay at Calming Tides was glorious. The communication with our host (Jason) prior to our trip was encouraging, honest and put us at ease as we anxiously wondered about the hurricanes. We stayed for five nights and were pampered with the personalized touch of robes, beach towels, beach accessories, games, binoculars and a high powered telescope that enhanced the amazing balcony views. Fully stocked cupboards met ALL our needs … from reheating leftovers in the air fryer to indulging with Keurig coffee and fancy wine glasses. We really did get a chance to indulge, relax and enjoy and are already planning our next trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at Calming Tides. The condo was beautiful, modern, clean and was well stocked with everything you would need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The host was also super nice and was very responsive. We enjoyed this condo so much, and you will not regret booking it!

A Slice of Paradise

This place is absolutely amazing!! The perfect setting to unplug from work, breathe, and rest. The interior is great with soft blankets, beach supplies, and HEAVENLY beds that make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Sometimes you dont realize how bad you needed to get away until you find the perfect place to do so. This is the perfect place. It's spaciouse inside with beautiful rooms, an amazing balcony view, and easy beach/ocean access. You won't regret staying here!!

Relaxing and comfortable

Beautifully decorated condo with every amenity you could need. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, games and ambiance. Wonderful stay, we would recommend to everyone.

Family Trip to Daytona

We loved our stay at Calming Tides. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked and had a wonderful view. The communication leading up to our trip was very helpful. Parking in the lot or garage was easy to find and use. This has been one of our favorite VRBO properties ever and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at calming tides. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the ocean. It was wonderful that there were plenty of beach towels and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated. The only bummer is that the pool is under renovation. Thank you to our kind host and we look forward to coming back someday soon.

A Perfect Short Weekend Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit provided plenty of space and we especially appreciated the quality and comfort of all the beds, linens, towels, etc. The location was perfect for our family and the views from the balcony did not disappoint. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Amazing Stay!

I had an excellent experience with the property manager and the cleanliness was exceptional! Decorated well, and everything we needed for us there! We will definitely vacation here again! Easy access to the beach and all amenities for our beach time were available to use as well! I can’t say enough good about this property and it’s management team!

Very large condo with everything needed at the beach. My college aged kids to littles had a great time! The views are unbeatable. Beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful condo, stocked with things we needed. Beds were heavenly comfortable. I’ve stayed in Daytona Beach since I was a child, and this was , by far, the nicest place I’ve ever rented.

Wedding weekend

Despite the weather the condo was absolutely beautiful. Felt like home but also so elegant. Very spacious, had everything we could possibly need. Owner was easy to reach with any questions we had. Loved it welcoming gifts, such a great surprise. We will definitely stay here again!

Through the help of My Brother Eric and My Forever Kari (I just can't get her to say I do - maybe put in a good word for me in your review - lol) we have entered into this with a passion to offer a setting that will help to create a lifetime of memories for all that choose to provide us the opportunity to host them.

We approached Calming Tides as if we were building our dream home. We wanted it to be an oasis that we would cherish visiting and always long to return to. Every piece of furniture chosen, every painting hung and every pillow placed was done to create a warm and comfortable feel in a luxurious setting.
