Calm Bay Cottage

You and your family will love this well appointed, pleasantly decorated, spacious cottage conveniently located just 20 minutes from Antigo and 20 minutes from Crandon in the lovely community of Pickerel, WI. You will have the best of what the great Wisconsin outdoors has to offer as you enjoy the large outdoor deck area, fire pit, 2 separate areas with comfortable outdoor seating, fire table, gas grill, outdoor dining table, multiple
Adirondack chairs and hammocks for all around relaxation with gorgeous lake views.

Enjoy plentiful sunshine all day and amazing sunsets from inside or outside the cottage as you look westward across the beautiful panorama of 1300 acre Pickerel Lake!

All recreation Pickerel Lake provides for fishing, boating, waterskiing, kayaking, jet skiing, pontoons and paddle boards. *2 Kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and a large row boat with life vests included with the rental of the cottage. Beach towels included!
You will have 125 feet of shoreline right on Pickerel Lake complete with 3 docks where you can swim, float and dock your boat. For even more adventure, 325 acre Crane Lake is accessible via kayak, paddle board or small motorized boat through a channel connecting Pickerel Lake to Crane Lake. In addition, there are several bars located on Pickerel Lake and many restaurants located nearby.

The Calm Bay Cottage also includes a large disc tree swing, horseshoe pit, basketball hoop, bicycles, ping pong table, game area and yoga/meditation space to suit all your activities.

The interior of the cottage has plenty of room for a family, group or multiple families.

3 bedrooms plus loft area, provides ample sleeping space.
Up to 10 people are included with the rental. Each additional guest is $25.00 per night/per person. Beds sleep 15 comfortably.

Master Bedroom: 1 King sized bed, plus 1 trundle bed (2 twin beds that can convert into king bed), plus sliding door access to front deck area.

Brand New Lower Level Suite: 1 King sized bed, 1 full sized bed with 1 twin bunk bed, plenty of space for pack n play, along with attached half bathroom.

Upstairs bedroom: 2 King sized beds, enough space for pack n play.

Upstairs Loft area: 1 King sized trundle bed, twin bunk beds, and 1 queen sized bed.

*Additional sleeping space includes main level den with pull out queen air bed sleeper with french doors and blinds for privacy. There are also 2 pack n plays included.

2 full baths with 2 showers and 1 tub along with 1 half bath. All bath and kitchen towels are available for you.

Washer/dryer on site

Kitchen amenities: Nesco roaster, pizza oven, electric fry pan, panini maker, quesadilla maker, coffee station, 2 refrigerators for plenty of storage of food and beverages. Spices, oils, and all typical kitchen utensils provided. Outdoor gas grill. No oven.

You will enjoy spacious gathering areas, a dining area with large table and a porch area with additional table (perfect for dining, card or game playing!) 1 high chair available.
A one of a kind indoor porch with 180 degree views of the lake is the perfect spot to spend time all day from morning coffee to late night reading!

Other amenities: ample DVD collection with many family choices (DVD player on main floor and in the loft), board games, cards, CD collection and stereo, and multiple coolers available for your use.

Large detached garage: game room includes ping pong table, large size Jenga, children's water table, large sized Yatzee, and cornhole

Additionally, nearby you will find the boat launch, ATV trails, the Wolf River State trail and Augustyn Springs ATV trails. There is a golf course and driving range located on DD just 3 miles away. You will find white water rafting and tubing on the Wolf River located about 30 minutes south on Hwy 55.

No fireworks allowed on the Calm Bay Cottage property.
