Just as advertised, very convenient to Oberlin College campus, perfect for 1 person or a couple who plan on eating in town or warming food in a microwave.
Great location for me. Nothing fancy but had all of the necessities and was comfortable for a home base while picking up my college student for the summer. Easy check in and parking. Thanks so much. Just what I needed for couple of nights.
I believe this is our 4th stay at this property. It is just big enough for 2, and the location canât be beat. Easy in and out with a code lock. Off street parking. Coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge are nice to have available.
Third time staying here. Great location with off street parking. Walkable to everywhere in town and campus. Just big enough for 2 of us, and we appreciate having a coffee pot and kettle. Also, easy access with coded door lock.
Clean, comfortable, easy and great location. Everything worked while enough. Not fancy, but good. Highly recommend and at least $100 a night less than the hotel.
I could not have found a better place to stay while I was helping my son move into his college dorm. Clean, pleasant, and comfortable, the property is a stone's throw from the Oberlin campus.
This is reasonably priced place to stay overnight in Oberlin for at most two people. The lack of a kitchen and television options would keep me from staying here for an extended period, but it is a good place to sleep while in town for business.
Great spot to stay for a visit to an Obie. Right on the square, and walking distance to anywhere on the Oberlin campus. No kitchen included, but the rental is furnished with a toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Would definitely stay here again!
It wasn't quite what we expected. Kitchenette is a loose term. Most important for us was the coffee maker and grinder. Look for the refrigerator under the TV. The one thing to warn anyone short or a bit older is the clue foot tub. It would help if there was a stool and a rail to hold onto getting in and out of the tub.
Enjoyed being close to the College. All necessities met. The air conditioning was difficult to work with closing vents helped, but was a bit stuffy. The other problem was noise from the highway in front. Big, noisy semis were common, making it necessary to âhang outâ inside. Not your fault, of course, but totally unexpected. Thanks for your clean house.
The âkitchenetteâ lacked even a tiny freezer space, there was no counter, and the bathroom had the only sink which was tiny. Impossible to leave dishes clean as a result. Host charged us an EXTRA fee because he thought we didnât leave space tidy enough. Weâve stayed many places and have never had this experience before.
