Other things to note:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pool/Spa Heat Fee: Additional $25 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- This property has a maximum parking allowance of two vehicles.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

We plan on returning next year!

Our 6 week stay beginning in late February was very enjoyable. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appropriated for 2 seniors with mobility issues.The location was centrally located for us and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The staff were responsive to a few concerns. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Couple Getaway

My wife and I were looking to escape the cold for a week and this house met all of our needs. Clean, well kept, well appointed and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The area also has some excellent restaurants. I'd recommend the sandwich shop, Peruvian and Colombian in particular that are less than a mile away. Hope to stay again in the future.

All the Comforts of Home

Perfect location for going to the beaches. There was plenty of room, and the pool was nice and toasty. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. The home was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive when issues arose. We had a great stay!

Love this home! It’s very spacious. Rooms have great tv’s. There are plenty of amenities, and location is ideal. Pool and grill here a hit too!

Super clean, newer kitchen well stocked, clean comfortable beds, tvs in every room, and an incredible pool area with gas grille! Come to relax! We'll be back to this property next year...

Unhappy at check out

I have tried to reach out to the owner as I was locked out before 10am and had left a spatula there. I have relatives in Sarasota willing to get it but I’ve gotten nowhere with the owner. I told him about it the very day we left. I think he should not have locked the doors permanently until 10am. I’m very frustrated about what should be a simple matter.

Wonderful home!

Beautifully renovated, private home on quiet street close to all Sarasota has to offer. We came to visit family and have rented other properties and this was by far our best experience. The home and pool fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure in showers, and unlike other VRBOs, this owner provided basics like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Owner responsive to all inquires within an hour. The pool was clean and the patio area was well appointed with seating and ceiling fans. The home had coolers, chairs, and beach accessories. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with needed supplies for meals in, and we had more than enough space for us and our in town family. The street was very quiet- we never heard anyone when sitting out by the pool during the day or evening. Outstanding experience all around.

Perfect location

Great Month Long Stay!

We stayed with my siblings in February '22. The house is just what we were looking for. Clean with comfortable furniture and beds. It is close to some really good restaurants and lots of shopping. You can be to Siesta Beach and Siesta Village in 20 minutes. The pool was plenty warm except early on when the weather was in the 60s and lower 70s. We only had a few minor issues that were fixed right away. We even asked for a shower chair and it was ordered online and we had it in a week. We definitely would stay again.

Perfect Beach House for family of 6

The home is well done. The floor plan is well thought out and beautifully decorated. Homeowners provided lots of extras to make the space feel comfortable things like fully stocked kitchen (not food) but anything you would need to prepare a full meal, floating toys for the kids, beach chairs, lovely outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and communication was very good. I’ve already looked at scheduling for another trip here.
