Located in the Farmington Vista community of the Plantation Golf and Country Club, is a sunny, bright,
first floor treasure with spectacular golf course view. Surrounded by a tropical landscape, the Florida
birds and wild life contribute to a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This newly listed condo has a completely and recently updated kitchen with new appliances. The living
room, dining room and kitchen offer an open floor plan leading to the double siding doors opening
directly into the private lanai.

The spacious and relaxing master bedroom, has a separate entrance to a private patio, a full- size master
bath with his and her sinks, a walk- in closet, and a secluded sitting area. Off the enclosed patio is a
private laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Only steps away from the pool and 7 minutes away from shopping, restaurants and beaches. This gulf
side city is centrally located between Fort Meyers and Sarasota.

Great home away from home

Spent a month in this lovey condo. Quiet neighborhood in well appointed space. Property manager and owners were great to deal with.

Wonderful condo for couples

The condo was just as listed. Nicely updated throughout and very clean. Loved how peaceful it was, no road noise or loud neighbours. Pool was very close and super clean. Location was close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. It was the ideal size for the two of us. Communication with owner and manager was very good also. Would stay here again.

Super Stay

Highly recommend this lovely maintained property. Very clean and well appointed, great amenities and easy short drive to beautiful historic Venice and surrounding costal communities, beaches, fishing, restaurants and shops. Something for everyone. Bob and Jennifer are indeed the "hostess with the mostess". We will return.

The place was great! Love the location and with a really nice poo”

Great experience. Bob, the property owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was always ready to help when needed. Jennifer, the property manager was great to work with an helped us get familiar with the place and all amenities. Thank you to both Jennifer and Bob for helping make our stay great!
