Charming Cottage with Deck and Lakefront

This rustic getaway is tucked into the Maine woods, and is the ideal place to relax and recharge. The property has approximately 75 feet of waterfront access on Webb Lake and is close to many fine hiking trails in the region. It is the ideal getaway for an outdoors retreat. The area attracts boaters, anglers, hikers, and those that just like to relax in a serene place with a good book or a puzzle.

The first floor of the house contains a dramatic living room with stone masonry wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling and glass sliders that provide a view of the lake. There is a dining room as well as a breakfast nook, and large well equipped kitchen on the first floor. There is also a bedroom, full bath, screened porch, and attached boat house complete with a canoe, life jackets, paddles, and many yard games for guest use. There are also 2 bicycles available for use by guests perfect for a leisurely ride down the lane.

There are beds for 8 total guests at the house. In addition to the first floor bedroom and bath, the second floor of the house has another full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds in each of the other bedrooms on the second floor. The bed in the first floor bedroom is actually 2 twin beds pushed together to make up a king. These beds can be separated if preferred.

The large yard is ideal for badminton, bocce, horseshoes, or croquet games. Enjoy cocktail hour on the deck, and end of the day relaxation around the fire pit.

We ask that our guests enjoy their time with family and friends, while respecting the property as well as our neighbors and refrain from loud music and partying.

Please note: During summer months, we require a 7 night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Open to 3+ night stays during the spring/fall.
