Great amenities! Heated pool, outdoor hottub. Gulf Shores’ finest fitness center with 2,000+ square feet of professional grade fitness equipment. We are the only complex in Gulf Shores with on-site water sports rentals including jet skiing, banana boat rides and parasailing.

This unit features spectacular long range ocean views from the private balcony, living room, and the master bedroom. The condo has smart TVs, Self Check-in with keypad, Free WIFI, and a Full Size Washer and Dryer.
This condo is recently renovated with updated cabinets, granite countertops, and tile flooring.

Great location and beautiful condo

We enjoyed our short stay. The weather was cold but we were able to enjoy the amazing view from the large balcony. Condo has everything you need and was bright and cheery. Will definitely stay again

Relaxing and inviting

Great holiday with all the kids since COVID. We had a great time. Check in was easy, location was lovely and the beach was gorgeous.

Amazing Location

We loved the location of this property! The condo was clean and enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. The owner was great with working with me when I had to change my checkout date. The only 2 negatives I would mention was having to pay 50 per car to park in the parking area/deck for a 3 day stay. I have stayed at dozens of places and have never had to pay THAT much. I will say that was mentioned in the listing but that is way too expensive compared to the overall cost of the rental (it was near 1/10 of what I paid for the rental). The biggest negative was that the indoor/outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and had been closed for weeks before I booked the condo. I would have hoped that that would have been mentioned when I booked it. The unpredictable weather and ocean closings are always a possibly but I was banking on my kids being able to swim in the indoor pool and they couldn’t. I would definitely stay here again but will ask directly about the pool next time or for a small amount of compensation if knowingly closed.

Perfect beach getaway

This was the perfect condo right on the beach with stunning views and walking distance to stores and restaurants. I was impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful decor and size of the bedrooms and balcony. The kids loved having different pools to choose from and of course the beautiful white sand beach! We will be coming back again! Thank you to the Alexander’s for making check in and check out so easy and responding to our messages quickly.

Fantastic

This condo was exactly what was pictured and then more! The owners were very responsive to both texts and Vrbo messages. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need (can’t tell you how many places we’ve stayed previously that we couldn’t find a pizza cutter or kitchen shears). The entire condos furnishings, from the couches on the balcony to the beds in all the bedrooms, were all updated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!

Sea wind stay

Had a great vacation. Great condo very clean with beautiful decor. Loved the balcony furniture,very comfortable. The condo had everything you need. The only thing to complain about is the elevator situation. Long waits and very crowded elevator rides which is not a good situation during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

The association has plans drawn up and we are hoping to start construction on a new elevator for Seawind soon. This extra elevator should mitigate future problems. Great Experience

Very nice and clean unit with a great view. Wonderful host who had great communication. Only complaints were not enough elevators and size of pool. Other than that, really great experience for our family. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful condo with great owner

This unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The bunk beds are much bigger than traditional bunks. The owner was fantastic and quickly responded to any question I had.

Beautiful place

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The owners were quick to reply from the start. It was walking distance to the Hangout which my kids loved. The only bad thing was the elevators were really busy. It took awhile to get on, which is out of the owners control. Overall great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Great condo and location

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and quick to communicate. Great view and balcony, easy beach access. Condo, hosts and location get five stars. The pool is on the smaller side, hot tub didn’t heat up well a couple of the days and one of the two elevators was out of service one of the days - so lower stars for the building maintenance/up keep itself.

Thanks for your feedback. The current elevators are in the process of being rebuilt. We have had issues with them since Hurricane Sally, but lack of parts/supplies (dang Covid) have slowed the repairs. Seawind is scheduled to install a new (third) elevator during the upcoming slow season which, when combined with the full rebuild of the current elevators, should solve most of the wait time issues. I'll alert the correct people about the hot tub. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to host you again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We visited Gulf Shores a few years ago and fell in love with area. The gorgeous emerald green ocean and white sand beaches were breath taking and we loved all the wonderful food/restaurant options. The Seawind building has everything we were looking for in a beach condo and more! Great amenities including the indoor-outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, kids splash zone and workout room are fantastic! Additionally, Seawind's location is perfect! Gulf-front and just a short walk to many surfshops restaurants including one of our favorites, Sea and Suds. We look forward to sharing our little piece if Heaven on Earth with you.
