La charmante Villa Manjana est très privée et calme au bout d'un cul-de-sac orienté plein sud vers l'Atlantique. Il est proche de Praia Paraiso, de la plage de Carvoeiro et des plages d'Algar Seco. Les terrains de golf Pestana et Vale de Milho ne sont pas loin.

La piscine privée de 10 x 6 m est directement en face de la terrasse du salon et presque invisible.
La villa de 3 chambres est située dans une direction nord-sud. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a le salon de 40 m² et la cuisine moderne avec sortie directe sur la terrasse ouest.
De plus, il y a deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée avec de grands lits doubles (180 * 2m), une en suite avec une salle de douche et une avec une salle de bain séparée incl. Baignoire.
A l'étage supérieur il y a une spacieuse chambre principale (également avec un lit 180 x 200) avec salle de bain en suite; en face se trouve une véranda, qui offre également la possibilité d'installer un lit bébé en liaison directe avec les parents ou un lit d'appoint pliant pour un enfant plus âgé. Les deux sont disponibles sur place.
Devant la véranda, il y a aussi une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la pittoresque Quinta Do Paraiso.
De cette terrasse, vous pouvez ensuite prendre un large escalier vers la terrasse sur le toit, où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue fantastique sur l'Atlantique et terminer la journée avec un verre de vin.

Toutes les pièces de la maison sont équipées de climatisation et TV (chaînes allemandes). Des chaînes portugaises et anglaises peuvent également être reçues dans le salon.
Dans la cuisine il y a une cuisinière à gaz, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle.
Dans le barbecue couvert, grill et lave-linge.
Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible gratuitement dans toute la maison.

Malheureusement les animaux ne sont pas admis. La villa est une maison non fumeur.

La remise des clés et de la maison a lieu par notre directeur de maison. Il est disponible de 8h00 à 20h00 si nécessaire. De plus, des frais sont engagés si le propriétaire n'est pas responsable du besoin. environ Le locataire doit contacter le gestionnaire immobilier deux jours avant son arrivée au Portugal pour convenir de la date de remise. Si l'heure d'arrivée est en dehors des heures d'ouverture, veuillez le lui faire savoir en temps utile. Vous recevrez le numéro de téléphone de notre gestionnaire immobilier après la réservation.

Fabulous, well equipped villa.

Believe the reviews, this villa is one of the best we have stayed in. Nice quiet location but just a few minutes drive to the town. Well equipped with everything you could need to eat in and relax around the pool, but with plenty of good restaurants in town and two or three within walking distance (10 minutes) however it is quite hilly so beware if not very mobile. We had good communication with the owners and Stefan the manager was very good and helpful. Can highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future..

Amazing holiday home!!

Spacious accommodation which is home from home. The owners and the in country host Stefan have been fantastic – responsive and easy to deal with. The only down fall, you will not want to go home! I would not hesitate to recommend this, our best villa to date - Ich danke ihnen vielmals Dierk, Monika & Stefan.

Villa was stunning. Pictures really do not do it justice. Very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, to pool inflatables. Location is great, away from the main roads, but still walkable, about 25-30 minute walk into the village, but only 4 or 5 Euros in taxi or Uber. Few minute walk to Restaurant on Qunita do Paraiso which was very good also. Communication from both the owner, and Stefan, the property manager was first class. Would love to stay again, if we can find dates which work!

Fantastic Villa, great location, the website needs to be amended so that the cleaning fee of 150 euros and the late arrival fee of 50 Euros is easy to see without the need to open more info in the relevant sections, otherwise highly recommended and Stefan the property manager is really helpful.

Stunning villa

The photos definitely do not do this villa justice. It is an immaculately presented villa with everything in it that you could possibly need. The living area is beautifully spacious and leads out to a lovely patio, pool and bbq area.The very well equipped kitchen is exceptionally clean and also has double doors leading to another patio area. All the bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The highlight is the roof terrace which has fabulous views over Carvoeiro. The villa is in a quiet area but just a five minute walk away there is a well stocked convenience store, restaurant and bar. Stefan, the villa manager, is very friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. We could not recommend this villa highly enough, so much so that we have already booked for 2025!

What a place to stay. From start to finish the place was brilliant. Moni the owner was more than happy to help and Stefan the manager was available for everything we needed. As for the property it was fantastic and I’ll list. 1. Really clean, the only place we have ever stayed where my wife didn’t feel the need to wash the cutlery etc. 2. Really well stocked. As an avid cook it was such a blessing to have a good set of knives and there were more pots and pans than you would ever need. 3. Rooms and bathrooms were perfect, comfortable beds and great showers 4. Outdoor area was great for bbq, chilling, swimming, whatever you want. 5. Views for the balconies were great. An early evening gin on the roof is time well spent. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Outstanding villa

What a fantastic villa, at the end of a cul-de-sac which made it very private. Electric gates so felt very safe. Lovely gardens, fantastic pool. Bbq area outside with laundry facilities. Plenty of areas for eating. Inside the house was three large double rooms, each with their own bathrooms and air conditioning. All the room were very homely and each had it's own terrace. The top floor bedroom had it's own sunbathing balcony which was very private. The photos do not do it justice on the website A 15-20 minutes walk into the main town, and a 5 minute taxi drive back to the villa. The large supermarket is 10 minutes away in an uber, to get food for the villa. The collection and return to the airport was excellent. Would highly recommend this villa, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you 😁

Fantastic Villa

An exceptional place to stay for a relaxing break this villa has everything you need and is in an ideal location for Carvoeiro and the Western Algarve. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped, and has plenty of outside areas with furniture including a BBQ area and a roof terrace which was ideal for star gazing. Local restaurants, Oliveira and Escondidinho are good and great value so you dont have to walk to the town centre (20 mins) where there are a range of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. to suit everyone's tastes, close to the beach. Use of a car is recommended to get to the larger supermarkets near to Lagoa and to enable visits to other local towns. We would suggest trips to Lagos, Ferragudo and the river boat trip from Portimao to Silves is a must (we used Sun Boats) Whilst we were staying the Carvoeiro "Black & White" event took place, 35,000 visitors on the beach and main streets watching & listening to a range of entertainment until the early hours - an added bonus to our holiday experience. Thanks for the use of the villa, Stefan for his advice, and providing a great base for a holiday.

Angenehme Tage in einer komfortablen Villa

Wir (Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen) haben unseren Aufenthalt von Beginn an sehr genossen. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet - als wäre man bei sich zuhause. Ganz besonders positiv beeindruckend war für uns, dass im Haus, am Pool, im gepflegten Garten, die Außenmöbel bis hin zu den vielen Sonnenschirmen technisch alles funktioniert hat und ohne störende Gebrauchsspuren waren. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl wohlgefühlt. Gerne möchten wir wieder kommen..... .

Villa accueillante et familiale

Excellent accueil et réactivité de Stéphan. Jolie villa, très bien équipée et bien agencée. Bonne literie. Nous étions deux couples avec enfants et chacun a trouvé son espace individuel. Clim dans toute la maison appréciée. Bonne insonorisation de la ville. Cela a son importance au vu du bruit environnant, (des voisins très bruyants, clubs de vacances, et travaux de construction de villas en face, même le week end). Malgré ces désagréments nous avons apprécié l'âme de cette maison familiale. Merci pour cela.

Great holiday

We were 3 generations holidaying at this property, which suited all our needs. It has a good layout enabling different age groups to have their own space. It was well looked after very clean and in a good location. The property isn't overlooked and is at the end of a small cul de sac. It is within walking distance to a nearby resort, providing you are fit and healthy.... I have limited mobility and was able to get around the villa without to many problems, but needed transport to go further afield. Personally, I would have liked a handrail on the steps to the pool to make access easier. Luckily I had family to assist me in and out. We didn't realise that cleaning and change of bedding/towels was included in our 2 week stay, so that was a pleasant surprise. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again

You won't find a better place to stay, absolutely amazing.

Honestly cant fault this property, it was like home away from home or even better. Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hosts. The pool was fantasatic. We ate home most evenings because we enjoyed barbequeing and sitting out by the pool and just relaxing. We were located near to the town, and supermarkets with lots to do nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was one of our best holidays.

Des vacances au paradis

La maison est parfaite. Super bien équipée dans un endroit très calme. 15 min à pied de la plage de Carvoeiro et 10 min à pied de la falaise.Les propriétaires sont très prévenants. Stefan qui s’occupe de la maison est au top. Bref, tout est parfait…Merci encore pour ces super vacances!…

Magnifique / Magnificent

Magnificent week in a superb quiet villa. All the necessary equipment is present and allows you to cook easily. The pool area is over-equipped with sufficient deckchairs and beach umbrella. Very comfortable bedrooms and accessible bathrooms for each room. The city of CARVEIRO and these shops is peaceful and on a human scale. The reception was perfect and allowed us to provide us with good recommendations (thank you Stephan). Thank you Dierk and Monika for the reassuring exchanges before the rental. Superbe villa au calme

La villa est tres bien situee dans une impasse au calme, a environ 5 minutes de la plage en voiture. La maison est superbe tres bien equipee, nous avons beaucoup profite des espaces exterieurs et de la piscine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Cette villa est a recommander !!! :)

vacances parfaites à Carvoeiro

C'est la 3ème fois que nous louons cette maison et c'est un moment toujours aussi parfait. Les propriétaires sont adorables et de très bon communicants. Stefan qui s'occupe des locations est aussi au top. La maison est bien située, très confortable et tout y est. La literie est très bonne. Le quartier est super calme. La maison est top. Très confortable. La chambre parentale à l'étage est un vrai plus... Literie tés bonne. Maison super bien équipée et fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Bien située à 1.5 km à pied de Carvoeiro. Le quartier est très calme. Les propriétaires ainsi que Stéfan sont très sympas et attentionnés. Encore un séjour parfait. Merci beaucoup....

Sehr schöne Ferien in Carvoeiro

Wir verbrachten 16 sehr angenehme Tage in der Villa der Familie Neumeier. Die Betreuung durch den Hausverwalter war hervorragend ebenso wie die gesamte Ausstattung der Villa. Alle Angaben betreffend die Einrichtung waren korrekt es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Von der Geschirrspülmaschine über die Klimaanlage bis hin zum beleuchteten Pool und den Fliegengittern - alles ist vorhanden, um eine erholsame und schöne Sommerzeit zu verbringen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gross genug für die ganze Familie. Wir können diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. We spent 16 very pleasant days in the villa of the Neumeier family. The support by the caretaker was excellent as well as the complete equipment of the villa. All details concerning the furnishings were correct and nothing was missing. From the dishwasher to the air conditioning to the illuminated pool and the fly screens - everything is available to spend a relaxing and beautiful summer time. The pool is very nice and big enough for the whole family. We can definitely recommend this villa and will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house in a great location with everything on hand.

From initial contact and reservation right through to our last day and check out was a pleasure. The description of the house was spot on, the owners responsive and helpful and finding the house and picking up the keys was a smooth and seamless experience. We're family of 5 with children from 1.5 to 7 years and it's a very family friendly house. Spotless and with all mod cons at your disposal. Well located near a mini Mercado and handy Italian restaurant, there's also a local Portuguese restaurant worth a visit. A short stroll downhill to town and a number of fabulous beaches with 10 mins. We couldn't have been happier during our holiday and all going well would love to return next year. Thanks Stefan for the tip also on our last day, we spent a lovely few hours on the beach at Faro before flying.

A stunning villa

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay here in July/August. The house exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The children's play house full of inflatables, a pump ( for the inflatables we brought with us), parasols and bats and balls for the beach an excellent touch. It was fantastic to have lots of kitchen knives that actually cut vegetables and a freezer full of freeze blocks and a cooler to put them in for longer trips out. The house was so good we probably stayed 'home' more than we usually would on holiday as with the larger than expected pool there seemed little reason to go out some days. Carvoeiro is a 30 min walk away, but if you want a closer meal out we can recommend the Italian on the way to Carvoeiro and only 5-10 minutes walk away (just head towards Carvoeiro and follow the signs to the mini market, it is just past that). We went dolphin watching from Lagos with seafaris and for the third time in a row had an amazing experience surrounded by dolphins, the sand sculptures in Porches are worth a look, we went twice, day and night ( your ticket lets you in for free in the evening once you pay for the day), despite the intense heat in the sand bowl that the sculptures are in we all preferred the day, you don't see the detail at night. The only reason I have given four stars not five was that after the agent had showed us to the house he asked for 620 euros that we knew nothing about. 500 was for a deposit and 120 for the cleaners. I have looked again on the Home and Away site and if there is mention of it it is so buried I cannot find it. As we did not have that kind of money on us we had to make an extra trip back to the supermarket to use the cash machine. We do not mind the deposit in itself, but would like to have been told in advance. We got the full 500 back when the agent came to get the keys on the morning we left, however if like us you come from a non Euro using country it is annoying to end the holiday with 500 euros you need to either save until a future trip or change back at an exorbitant cost. So four stars for that not the house itself, that we cannot fault.

Magnifique maison avec tout le confort

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison avec nos 3 enfants. Tout a été parfait : l'accueil, le confort, la fonctionnalité de la maison, la propreté et la situation ( à 5 min en voiture du centre de Carvoiero et des 1ères plages). On se sent dans cette maison comme dans la notre : il ne manque rien. La prestation menage comprend en plus du nettoyage de la fin de séjour une intervention une fois par semaine : très appréciable. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Pas de vis à vis. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.
