Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed the beautiful, calm and comfortable setting to relax, read, and just spend time together. Everything was clean and cute. The bed was comfortable and the view amazing!

Beautiful villa...

We loved the beach villa! The condo was very clean and looked just as it did in photos. Everything needed in the kitchen was supplied and there were plenty of linens. I reached out to the owners with a question and they were pleasant and very quick to respond. The only downside was that there wasn't much to do in the area. The pool at the resort was closed. It was challenging to find public fishing areas. We did rent a boat for the day and had a great time on Lake Mille Lacs fishing, tubing, and swimming.

Great views, immaculate beach villa!

Ryan & Trisha’s beach villa is adorable!! It was the perfect size for my husband, myself, a 13, 11, & 4 year old! It was so nice that each of the two bedrooms had their own private bathroom upstairs and, then in addition, a small bathroom in the main level. We had access to Izaty’s resort pool, hot tub, play set, & pickleball/tennis courts. This VRBO is only a few miles from the Soo Line Trail where we spent a morning off-roading on our side by side. We were quite dirty afterwards, so having a washer & dryer unit in the VRBO was very convenient! One afternoon we rented jet skis and my son & husband went fishing with a guide one of the mornings. We met the friendly neighbors and enjoyed campfires in the provided fire pit in the evenings. The beach is very rocky but if you walk a few docks down, there is a swimming dock with a nice sand bottom and the water was a swimmable temperature!! There is plenty of lawn space between the VRBO & lake for lawn games like bean bags or spike ball, etc. For supper two nights, we visited the BayView Bar & Grill about 2 miles from the resort. Food was good & atmosphere was family friendly. They were playing Bingo one night and the other night there was a meat raffle going on. Pull tabs at BayView were a big hit for us as you can’t find those in our home state! Attached BayView is a mini liquor store. Since I was at the VRBO/lake for R&R, I enjoyed coffee in the screened porch each morning with beautiful views!! Great VRBO!!

Great Place!

Updated and well maintained condo at Izatys, perfect for my wife and I. Great views of the lake and sunrise/sunset. Golf course and marina/boat launch are a 2 minute walk away. I had a couple of questions during our stay and Ryan was quick to respond. I'd book this property again without hesitation!

Family get away

Property was nicely decorated and in a great location on the lake. Floors could have been swept better and the two grills were un-usable which was disappointing. Not much to do in the area and the resort is a bit old and in need to some upgrades

Beautiful Lake Retreat

This is a beautifully decorated, relaxing retreat! We loved our views of the lake, amenities at the resort and comfort of the unit. Everything we needed to enjoy the stay was provided and was very high quality. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend trip lakeside

Very cute place! Perfect for our family of 5. Everything has been freshly remodeled except the showers. Very clean! Has a large beautiful backyard that looks onto lake. Community firepit area is nice. Resort pool could be updated. Otherwise area is nice and peaceful. Hosts were super responsive to any questions I had. Would rent again!

Good stay

The condo was very nicely updated with a lot of really great touches to make things more comfortable! Nice beds, high quality towels, full kitchen, etc. Awesome location close to Wahkon, Isle, etc. It was nice having the restaurant so close by and the neighborhood was ideal for walks. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults staying here at a time. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 year old. I booked this place because of the pools but note, neither are heated and are very cold. The indoor pool is colder than the outdoor pool and the small beaches are very rocky. Overall clean resort (you can't escape the bugs up north), and would be great for someone who golfs!

Perfect fall get away

This 2 story condo is located in the beautiful Izatys resort. You are just yards from the rock south shore of Mille Lacs Lake. The grounds are maintained to perfection and the view is amazing. The condo is comfortable and provides everything you need. I believe the owners have just recently acquired this property and plan to do some updates this fall. I look forward to going back next fall to see what they have done.

Cozy place right on the lake!

Such a cute place even with out the updates the owner's mentioned they will do this fall. Great screened in porch with a gorgeous view of the lake! We look forward to visiting again next year!

Great townhouse on the lake.

Ryan was very responsive to my questions before renting and was able to accommodate a booking in short notice. Check in was easy and explained well by their welcome guide. They provided a very nice welcome basket complete with coffee, rental and local info and even everything needed for s’mores. Kitchen was well stocked. The townhouse is very cozy and very clean and well kept. Located on the south shore of Mille lacs and with a large grass lawn and community fire pits n chairs right next to the water's edge. Sunsets and sunrises over the lake are visible and amazing. The pool and swimming dock are a quick walk away. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Spot

We didn't spent a lot of time on the property but it was a beautiful spot. The only thing would be to make sure if you have older people staying, that they are careful of the stairs. Those were a bit tricky. However, the view was beautiful and the owners were quick to respond to any questions.I would definitely recommend this spot for some rest and relaxation.

Description of the property is accurate. Can't wait to see the redecoration. We had a great long weekend. Cool lake weather after the June heat. Took many, many sunset pictures. Unit well stocked with whatever you need.

Memorial Weekend 2021

Beautiful accommodations, if you are worried about forgetting something, need not; as this owner thinks of every little detail one would need for a stress free relaxing stay! I even ended my weekend early with my teenager so I could fish with an adult on my last day!! SO much fun on the water, in the resort, the staff was all sharp, outgoing, friendly and made you want to return! This homeowner rolled out all the sops with a gorgeous welcome basket and a cheerful note to welcome you to the property! Thank you so much! Such a thoughtful gesture especially after the last 14 months of hibernation with Covid! Annie McCarthy
