Newly Renovated Duplex (Suite B 1bd/1ba; Suite A 2bd/1ba) - Insulated walls and a solid wood door with 3 security locks separate both suites. Need more space? Book Suite A or the entire place and unlock the solid wood door to enjoy the full 3bd/2ba and all 6 outdoor spaces. - Suite B is a 1bd/1ba featuring a separate private entrance from front porch (Yellow Door) and a mini kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee, toaster oven, and sink. In addition to the double bed, there's also a full bath with shower/tub and amazing private view of the Magnolia tree. Awesome wee pad

I stayed here for around 9 weeks while attending something in Charlotte. It was small but perfect, everything I needed for my stay. Thank you to Maggie for letting me use her place.

Great for a business person

Host is on point with communication, hospitality and taking care of the property. If working in the area, it's perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to shopping and food. Wouldn't recommend side B for a couple but, side A/renting the whole house would be plenty of space for a couple or family.

Cute and comfortable

We had a great stay at Maggie’s property. Everything was clean and well organized with lots of labels for where things are located and how to operate everything. Very close by to grocery stores and the Main Street area in Waxhaw. It was great to have a place nearby to our friends who live there.
