Nice place in a great location

Enjoyed everything about our stay. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our fob didn’t work to get into the hot tub but another one was dropped off very quickly. The shuttle was great and very appreciated. The only suggestion would be to have some basic cooking things like a spatula, a whisk, salt and pepper, and some olive oil. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Excellent stay

Refrigerator wasn’t working upon arrival but the maintenance team was quick to come out and fix it. Overall a very clean and nice space. The entire process was very simple and would use again.

Got the job done

We weren't in the unit often with most of our time spent enjoying Steamboat but it met our needs, was clean, and we'll stocked with amenities. Would definitely come back.

This place is PERFECT! It’s a 5 minute drive to Downtown Steamboat Springs (10 minutes during peak hours), just down the road is Walmart, Safeway and City Market. The condo is perfectly sized for a couple. It’s quiet, safe and clean. The shower is enormous with great water pressure. The bed is super comfy. Having a washer/dryer was so fantastic. There is a gas grill (shared with the building) right off the patio. This is a fantastic property!

We were disappointed. The biggest issue was that we had loud music that the upstairs unit played all night long. There were smaller things. The blinds in the bathroom had broken slats, the toilet seat was broken and the key to the ski closet didn’t work. We rented this same unit before and were happy. This time, less than happy.

I apologize for the loud music from the upstairs unit — that’s not the experience we want guests to have. We enforce quiet hours and will follow up with our on-site team and neighboring unit to help prevent recurrence. I’ve also reported the broken bathroom blind slats, the toilet seat, and the ski-closet key to maintenance so those items can be repaired or replaced. comfortable and well located

We came to Steamboat to ski, cross county and snow shoe. The condo was located in a nice neighborhood with a free shuttle buses to ski slopes and downtown.It was comfortable and on the first floor. We eat at home and wanted a condo with a good kitchen. This condo had that.They could have provided more spices plastic wrap and aluminum foil otherwise it was excellent for us. I would be happy to return. We had a beautiful time and enjoyed our condo.

Good functional place

We visited in June. We had two adults and two kids in the unit, which was about the max you would want. The place served our needs as we were out in Steamboat playing around most of the time. The grass areas provided plenty of room for the kids to play. We did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but the hot tub looked nice. There was enough parking that we could park next to our unit easily. The location is a quick drive to downtown and other areas.

Nice unit. Its difficult to get a bike down the stairs to storage. Storage closet outside was full so I had to leave my bike outside.

Ski Weekend

Updated condo within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the base area. Check in process is not ideal. Rental office is only available to check in from 4-5 pm and is about a 5 minute drive from the condo. Rental office places your check in information and keys in a lock box with other guests information. Rental office also did not respond to issues we contacted them with. Compared to other rental companies we have worked with in town, this was the least available and helpful.
