Welcome to Lucky Landing, atop the Blue Ridge Mountain Club. This luxury mountain modern home has long range views, a hot tub, game tables, firepit, and Tesla charger available to guests.

This beautiful mountain modern home has open concept living with the great room and kitchen. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and island. The craftsmanship shines in details such as the soft-closing cabinets and drawers. The island has bar seating for three, and the dining table seats six guests. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace and large smart TV over the mantle. The leather sofa and modern leather recliners create space to gather inside. The patio doors lead to the covered deck with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. An outdoor fireplace with seating, a dining table expand the living space and let you enjoy the peaceful mountain air. Also on the main level are the laundry, a half bath, and the King suite. The bedroom has a smart TV, and the bathroom has heated floors, a double quartz vanity, and tiled shower.

Downstairs is a second living room with leather sofa, smart TV, and electric fireplace. Two bedrooms, one a king bed with a chaise lounge and the other is a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over queen. Each room has a smart TV. The shared bath for the lower level has heated tiles, quartz counters, and a tiled shower. The patio opens off of the living room to the hot tub. A path next to the patio leads to the fire pit below. Near the parking area is a Tesla charger for guest use!

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Additional Important Information:
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- There is paved parking to the lower level and includes a Tesla electric vehicle charger. Parking limited to three cars.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- The exterior is monitored by 1 security camera on the front porch.
- The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
​​​​​​​Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
