We enjoyed our stay. The villa is very nicely appointed and clean. The location is great. We had one issue that the property manager addressed right away, which we appreciated.

The property was in great shape and just steps from the beach / pool. Very relaxed area, beaches are not crowded, and just a few minutes drive to lost of different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

31 Beach Villas Isle of Palms....nice but....

Everything was excellent except: - A big miss in not having an indoor dining table especially since there is room for it - and having 3 bedrooms - more than 4 people want to sit together to eat. Yes there is one on the screened in porch, but it was too hot to sit out there to eat dinner - There was an odor in the primary suite - Water pressure was low in primary shower - Also would have been nice to have a chair in each bedroom - there was definitely room! - Emails from Deserving vacations was a bit confusing - instead of vrbo and it said to use the Lodgify app - In hindsight, this rental seemed more expensive than other similar properties in the same complex

We were celebrating a friend's 70th birthday. The condo was just perfect for us and we loved the location right on the beach. Deserving Vacations was very responsive to all our questions and needs! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was excellent in all respects. It provides beautiful ocean and private beach views. The condo is nicely decorated, very clean and close to so much. Charleston is may be the cleanest city and area in the USA. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again should our future travels include Charleston.

The perfect beach condo

This beach condo was beautiful! The interior was clean, recently renovated, less than 100 steps to the beach, and roomy. We spent almost all of our time on the screened in porch where you have a perfect view of the ocean and a constant breeze. We even saw 4 deer on the sand dunes our first night there. The beach was not crowded at all……in fact, it had fewer people on it than other resorts on Wild Dunes. Of course, Wild Dunes is amazing for walking and biking. You will love this condo and resort. We will definitely be renting here again!

Perfect Family Vacation

This amazing property in Wild Dunes was everything we could have hoped for as a family vacation spot. The beachfront setting was convenient and had incredible views. The condo was perfectly clean, furnished tastefully and comfortably, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We felt very much at home during our stay and definitely hope to return in the future.

Beautiful property

The home was lovely. Modern, updated kitchen and baths. Decor that said 'beach' without being tacky. Owner left toiletries and kitchen essentials. We had no trouble cooking meals. Beds comfortable. Internet was solid, other than about 30 minutes one morning at sunrise. Too chilly for swimming on our visit, but we did use the beach toys to collect shells and nice to be able to rinse our feet before heading back inside. Would stay again.

60th Birthday Celebration

From the minute we walked through the door, we were in love with the property and location. Super clean and right on the beach. For once the pictures represented the property accurately! Beautiful woodwork and finishes, everything you need to enjoy your getaway. We can’t wait to return to IOP and this wonderful property!
