We welcome you to a slice of paradise at Sunset Beach , NC!!!
Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath Ground Floor Condo Unit 30A in wonderful Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay.
The condo has 3 Beautiful furnished bedrooms with 2 full baths and sleeps .
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet with
private bath and access to screened in balcony with breathtaking views of the water and golf course.
The main living room has picture window overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and comfortable sitting area to dine in comfort in the condo.

The living area has flat screen TV with “Fire stick”
You can walk out on your screened deck with cup of coffee in hand and enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course. At night there re break taking Sunset views which are a must to see.
For your convenience, bed linens, and bath towels are included with your rental. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

Local amenities include two swimming pools, with outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, and outdoor grill. There are over 30 golf courses within 20 minutes of the Condo.

The most beautiful Sunset Beach has miles of white sand beaches are just 3 miles away and includes handicap access.

Sunset Beach and the surrounding areas have great local dining with incredible seafood and wonderful shopping .
You are only 40 minutes away to Myrtle Beach.

Great get away

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Beach. The condo was perfect for our family and dog. I liked being on the ground floor. Joe was very responsive whenever I had questions. I would recommend it to anyone.

A week away

Lovely property located conveniently close to the beach and a walk away to an awesome pool. Joe was accommodating and quick with communication. Check out was a breeze and condo was spacious. Would stay again.

Short Notice Booking

I had to book a condo short notice due to a family emergency in the area. The process was quick and simple and the condo fit our needs, Joe was great and very very easy to work with, he even reached out to check on my family member which was very nice. We would stay here again! Thank you Joe!

Two week summer stay

Enjoyed property great for level walking seeing wildlife and proximity to beaches golf courses and restaurants. We were able to visit little river north myrtle ocean isle and calabash with short travel.

Condo was not clean

Condo not clean. Bathrooms filthy; kitchen dirty, with leftover crumbs and food in utensil drawers. Floors dirty - had to clean all above before even utilizing anything. Couldn't find towels, had to search. Dust & spiderwebs everywhere including baseboards. Need to find new cleaning crew.

Nice stay at Sunset Beach

Very nice property in a quiet community, right on golf course. Good size rooms, had all the amenities we needed, and being pet friendly was a positive. Great location to beach and downtown area. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Such a peaceful, sunny place to be.

We love this spot at Sandpiper Bay! Spacious with a great set up and well equipped for a few days or a few weeks. Joe was an excellent host and responsive to any needs we had during our stay. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very pleasant condo in a great location

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is well-equipped and roomy. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screen porch with views of the lake and the golf course. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great townhome with great location

Loved this beautiful 3br/2 bath townhome. Close to Calabash, Sunset Beach, & Myrtle Beach. Enjoyed a day trip to Southport. Lots of other beaches close by to visit. Can’t wait to go again.
