Villa NUMA is a modern, classy, and luxury home situated in a private gated community fronting the beautiful white sand beach of Indigo Bay.
This elegant and luxurious three-floor villa features 6 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, you are instantly greeted by a 15 ft (4.57 m) ceilings entrance and have access to the Master bedroom, bedroom #2, bedroom #3, and bedroom #4. The first floor distributes the second floor by an elevator or spiral staircases.
The Second floor opens on a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom, and a separate laundry room. Step outside to the outdoor living space, large private infinity pool with Indigo Bay beach view, sun loungers, exterior shower, lounge area with comfortable sofa, fully equipped outside kitchen with barbecue, and a large bar. The third floor is accessible by stairs, composed of the two last, bedroom #5 and bedroom #6. Bedroom #6 has a fully equipped kitchen, living room/sofa area, and bathroom.

Villa NUMA is located in a quiet gated neighborhood called Indigo Bay, in the North of the island of Saint Martin (Dutch side), entrance gated with security 24/7.
Indigo beach is covered with soft white sand and surrounded by calm blue waters. It is an ideal place for those who are fond of kayaking. Fans of diving and snorkeling can find great places for deep-sea exploration around the numerous coral reefs.
Indigo Bay is surrounded by picturesque landscapes that will allow you to fully enjoy an idyllic holiday in the lap of nature. Sunbathers can rent comfortable sun loungers at Indigo bay beach bar.
