Charlie's is a newly renovated first-floor apartment located in downtown New Baltimore. Less than 50 feet from Washington Street, specialty shops, boutiques, restaurants, and a beautiful family park with a beach, pier, and complimentary boat slips.

The apartment offers 800 sq. ft. for a comfortable stay with one bedroom with a king-size bed & smart TV, a living room with a queen-size sleeper & smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and private laundry: Beach supplies, wagon, and bicycles.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, an air fryer, electric grill pots, pans, and more.

The living room has a spacious couch and chair to kick back and relax—a 55" smart TV with standard cable.

There is a small desk and chair if you have a business to conduct while visiting.

There is a Bluetooth speaker, towels, coolers, and a wagon to head down to the beach for the day to make your stay more enjoyable.

*Charlie's dog policy: 150.00 nonrefundable pet fee, maximum one dog under 30 lbs.

At all of Charlie's locations, we offer complimentary;
coffee, spices, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, some basic cooking supplies, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, storage bags, air fryer, toaster, large pots, baking pans, mixer.

General supplies: laundry detergent, downy, bleach, and fabric softeners: toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels.

Entertaining: cards and various games, small Bluetooth speaker, cords for various phones for charging.

Children: some kids' video games, coloring books, and crayons. Port o crib, portable high chairs, kids utensils.

When guests leave nonperishable unopened items, we add them to the pantry for another guest to use.
