Summary:
Beautifully decorated with charming touches, this unit is located in a small apartment building of a total of 7 units in the center of Burlington. This is very close to downtown and the Lake as well as shopping and public transportation. We have just finished renovating this apartment, new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. Our places are very clean and safe. The building has a FOB-controlled entrance for safety.
The Space:
The apartment is bright with its many large windows, in the photos the blinds are pulled up however we do have privacy and window coverings. Parking for guest or visitors is available, and there is laundry facilities in the building. Please note we have stairs to get to the unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided lockbox information 24 hours before check-in, and from there will be able to use their FOB to enter the building and their unit.
The Neighborhood:
The building is a stone's throw from restaurants and shopping. A 10-minute walk to the GO station and transit. We are a short distance from the Burlington Lakefront, boutiques, fine dining, and theatre. Burlington is approximately 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and downtown Toronto.

- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits.
- Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining low noise levels.
- Parties are not permitted.
- This is a fully private apartment. We have paid laundry in the basement which is shared.
- Please park on the left side of the driveway
- Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees.
- If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them
- the unit has central heating which cannot be controlled. We can provide extra space heaters if needed
